00:18This is what we have to do. And so I'm very, very pleased that this loan has been granted.
00:24And it makes sure that in any negotiations that take place, Ukraine is in the strongest possible position to get a peace deal that works for the Ukrainian people.
00:37And the UK led the world in our support for Ukraine.
00:42And therefore, unsurprisingly, I think we should all be very, very pleased that we're continuing to support the Ukrainians in their self-defense.
