Defence Secretary John Healey says that the UK government is "pulling out all the stops, both to help Ukraine in the fight today and to secure the peace for tomorrow", after announcing that £200m of funding will be allocated to the army to prepare it for a possible deployment to Ukraine, in the event of a peace deal being reached with Russia.
