00:01Previously on Canada's Drag Race,
00:03it's the return of the reading battles.
00:06Hi, ladies and gentlemen,
00:08whatever the fuck PM is.
00:10Thank you. I am Ebony LaBelle,
00:12and that's a man, Maury.
00:17Ebony LaBelle, good drag-alations!
00:21I have chose to save Dulce.
00:24PM, Shantae you stay.
00:26Hazel, sashay away.
00:30Oh, Hazel.
00:36Hazel is gone,
00:38and I feel like I just lost
00:41the most important person in this game to me.
00:44She didn't deserve to go yet.
00:47Well, fuck.
00:49PM, you are the only bitch to put up a great fight.
00:53Honored to battle against you.
00:55Bring it home to Vancouver. Dulce, you're lucky, bitch.
00:58Love you all so much. Season six sisters for life.
01:04Although I think it was her time to go,
01:08I am sad to lose a sister here.
01:10Girl, that first three alliance crumbled real fast.
01:14Girl, let's sit down and talk some shit.
01:16Wow, that lip sync was fucking incredible.
01:24You twirled down.
01:27You ate that shit up.
01:29Oh, yeah.
01:30I'm like very sad to have landed in the bottom two,
01:34but I love to perform.
01:38PM has shown us that they almost have immunity
01:40in this competition.
01:42To be able to lip sync like that,
01:43it feels like they're never going to go home.
01:45Ebony, I'm so over the moon for you saving me.
01:48I really appreciate it.
01:50Um, call it luck.
01:52Call it whatever you want, Hazel.
01:53The tea is you were doing the worst in the competition.
01:55You had landed in the bottom before
01:57and you weren't funny.
01:58So you're home now.
01:59Lucky for what?
02:00Every single fucking challenge we've done,
02:02I've done better than you.
02:04So lucky where?
02:05Lucky that I'm more talented than you?
02:07Something I did take into consideration.
02:09I wasn't sure what's coming up next week.
02:11I mean, we still don't know.
02:12I feel like it's going to be something performance based
02:14and I know that's something that you're going to kill at.
02:17And also Dulce hasn't got the beefer yet.
02:20It was tough.
02:21So what you're saying is you saved Dulce
02:23because PM and Hazel are better performers.
02:25Girl, bye.
02:27I see PM as bigger competition than Dulce.
02:31And so I'm going to put them in the bottom.
02:33It wasn't no shadiness.
02:35No.
02:36It wasn't shadiness.
02:37This was your second bottom.
02:39Yeah.
02:40And so compared to Dulce with their first bottom.
02:43Okay.
02:44Ebony's dead to me in this game.
02:46She is a lovely individual,
02:48but she took out my best friend.
02:51She put me in the bottom.
02:52I'm not working with her.
02:54Oh, I need to get out of drag because my skin is burning.
02:57So let's go get out of drag, everybody.
02:59Let's go get out!
03:02I feel like this is my turning point to stop playing nicely.
03:06I think a few of us need to start talking a lie and stuff
03:09because I think there is something going on beneath our toes.
03:13Okay.
03:14I have my eyes on that prize more so than ever.
03:17And I'm ready to stir the pot to get some people out of here.
03:20I'm sorry.
03:21I have to put you through that trauma lip-ticking against your fucking good sis.
03:24It's okay.
03:25I will lie.
03:26I will say I'm working with her if she wants to even approach that.
03:30She's my target.
03:32Oh!
03:33Yeah.
03:34PM.
03:35Puppet Master.
03:37Bet you didn't see that one coming.
03:38The winner of Canada's Drag Race receives $100,000.
03:43With Tracy Melchior, Carson Kressley, and Brooklyn Heights.
03:47With Tracy Melshore, Carson Kressley, and Brooklyn Heights.
03:52With extra special guest judge, Kaisa.
04:05It's a new day in the workroom and I feel fucking amazing.
04:10I can't wait to see whatever it's gonna be
04:13and I can't wait to just infuse my secret sauce in the recipe.
04:17I've had a realization, bro.
04:19I've had a realization that I want to be confident.
04:21You know, I want to be that person who, you know, is of my dreams.
04:26You know, who's exactly where they're supposed to be.
04:28And I realized that I am.
04:29Word.
04:30You know, I am.
04:31But I realized that I was afraid of being angry at myself.
04:35When Saltina talks, girl, it's just like a bunch of words
04:39that equal nothing.
04:40She's going into like a monologue about her spiritual awakening.
04:43I'm confident now. Girl, shut up.
04:44I just want to say something.
04:46I remember what Dulce you said with your comeback.
04:50I'm surprised you know the word grandma
04:52because wasn't your mom an alcoholic and hated you?
04:54Yeah. Oh, yeah.
04:55Sure.
04:56You cannot go to my mom and say things like that
04:59because I really felt shit after.
05:02And I think it was really under the belt.
05:05Yeah, I'm sorry that if I felt like I was going for your trauma.
05:08I mean, you mentioned me being poor.
05:09I have trauma from that.
05:11So I don't feel like necessarily it was going under the belt.
05:13But if you felt some type of way for the jokes that I made,
05:16I do apologize.
05:17Thank you for letting me know.
05:18I appreciate that.
05:19And I'll make sure not to like bring that kind of stuff.
05:21Because if y'all want to be there, y'all are electric.
05:24Y'all are electric now.
05:25Give me the fuck out of here.
05:27Oh, Canada.
05:28Tina and I are ready to hand her.
05:31Hey, Queens.
05:32Hey.
05:33Is it getting hot in here or is it just the topics?
05:38Oh.
05:39Oh.
05:40Oh.
05:40Oh.
05:41Oh.
05:41Oh.
05:42Oh my god, Tracy has everything.
05:46She looks like a Barbie out the fucking box.
05:48I'm obsessed.
05:49Everyone's got their go-to karaoke track.
05:52And my personal favorites were written in this very workroom.
05:56All together now.
05:57All together now, two, five, now we're back.
06:02For today's mini challenge, you'll
06:04be performing some of the most legendary box
06:06in Canada's Drag Race Herstory, karaoke style.
06:10Hey.
06:13Girl, CDR has produced some amazing good verses.
06:17And Mama, we've also produced some verses.
06:23So warm up those vocal cords.
06:25You'll have 10 minutes to get into karaoke quick drag,
06:34and I'll meet you at the mic.
06:36Go!
06:37Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
06:41I didn't even know where to start.
06:43I'm the queen of quick drag.
06:44Every drag look I do is a quick drag vibe.
06:47Dry guard castor's coming.
06:49Yes!
06:50Yay!
06:51Hey!
06:52Hey!
06:53Hey!
06:54Honestly, I think I'm tone deaf, to be honest.
06:55I am tone deaf.
06:56Let's put some blush everywhere.
06:59No, literally just blush.
07:05Hey, party people.
07:06Welcome to Drag-E-O-K-E.
07:10Yay!
07:11I'm sorry, Canada.
07:12I'm just going to say that right now.
07:13I'm sorry.
07:14First person up is Dulce.
07:16Yay!
07:17Oh, I'm ready.
07:18Hi.
07:19Hi.
07:20Yeah, I'm so excited.
07:21Are you guys excited?
07:22Yay.
07:23Oh, go off by Terra Nova.
07:24Y'all ain't ready.
07:25Oh.
07:26Oh.
07:27Super Nova.
07:29Bet your game's already over.
07:31From the town, they call the city.
07:33Terra's here to slay.
07:34Oh, she's going to be winning.
07:35Gorgeous hair.
07:36Teeny waist.
07:37Starving you all, Dulce face.
07:39Hit the beat.
07:40Strike the pose.
07:41Show the cat walk what it knows.
07:43Feel the skin and the flesh.
07:45Bet you know that I'm the best.
07:47Smash this beat.
07:48Salute by Jed.
07:48I must admit, I'm out of breath.
07:50Literally.
07:51Yes, Dulce.
07:52Yay!
07:53Yay!
07:54Terra Nova's birth, like, I think it's good.
07:56Like, I genuinely love it.
07:57No, I'm actually out of breath.
07:58That was crazy.
07:59Gorgeous hair.
08:00Teeny waist.
08:01Like, well, yes.
08:02I'm almost late for school, baby.
08:04Get the hell out of here.
08:05All right, next up is Sammy Landry.
08:09Oh.
08:10It's Tongue Pop by Kennedy Davenport.
08:13Tongue, tongue.
08:15Tongue pop.
08:16Tongue, tongue pop.
08:18Tongue, tongue pop.
08:19Oh, my.
08:21Tongue, tongue.
08:22Tongue pop.
08:24P.M. said literally hit the lights.
08:27I be focused.
08:28You know this.
08:29Don't come my way, because you focus.
08:31Hocus, pocus.
08:32I be ready to ring.
08:33Go, little boy.
08:34Kiss you out of my league.
08:35Don't find me.
08:36Get like me.
08:37Don't hate me.
08:38Congratulate me.
08:39I'm the queen that everybody pays to see.
08:42Woo!
08:43I sing okay.
08:44Do I hit the highest note on earth?
08:46No, but I'm a drag queen.
08:49Who cares?
08:50Heartbeat by Luna Dubois.
08:52Give the deep voice.
08:53Give the voice.
08:54Baby, can't you tell that I'm in love with you?
09:00The way you look at me, the way you hold me.
09:03The way you kiss me makes my heart beat.
09:07Let's make it official.
09:08Got those pics uploaded on Insta.
09:10Stop.
09:11Blood launch.
09:12Even a grander joke.
09:13We're not open.
09:14Woo!
09:15Do you recognize any of these verses?
09:18No.
09:22Heartbreak by Amy Ganse.
09:23Ooh!
09:24I better get this one.
09:25Don't text me anymore.
09:28Soy la rompecorazon.
09:30I don't want you anymore.
09:31Sal de aquĆ el perderro.
09:33Tu fueste un condom.
09:35One night and adios.
09:36I'm so sorry for your loss.
09:38Now, bye.
09:39Close the door.
09:40Don't call me anymore.
09:42Soy la rompecorazon.
09:43La cardete aquĆ, woman.
09:45Oct.
09:46Oct.
09:47Oct.
09:48Oct.
09:49Oct.
09:50Oct.
09:51Now let's go with Not by Xannah.
09:54This is my dad's favorite song.
09:57N.O.T.
09:58Not.
09:59Not.
10:01We're not friends, you're a music to an end.
10:03No matter how many notes you said.
10:05Caught you trying to steal my mans?
10:07I don't play pretends, girl. I got friends.
10:09You got made dress split ends.
10:11Fake number one in first place.
10:12I could read photo all over your face,
10:14plus out the outer space.
10:15Signed, still delivered, end of case.
10:18Yeah. Oh, my God.
10:20Yeah, I did that one off beat, too, just like that.
10:23All of us are, like, you know, surprisingly bad at karaoke.
10:26At least drag karaoke.
10:28I don't think we'll be called back ever again.
10:31Girl, that was crazy.
10:32Oh, shit.
10:34Sorry.
10:36What a show.
10:38But I don't ever need to hear those verses again.
10:41Girl, same. That's fine.
10:43The winner of today's mini challenge is...
10:46Dulce!
10:48Oh, wow!
10:50That's the first thing that held down.
10:52You've won $2,500 cash, courtesy of Shoe Freaks.
10:56Yeah!
10:57I'm not poor anymore.
10:59Queens, you've shown me you can hit the right note,
11:03but can you talk the talk?
11:05Ooh.
11:06Ooh.
11:07For this week's maxi challenge, you'll be the hostesses
11:10with the mostesses on our brand new drag talk show,
11:14The Shade.
11:15Okay.
11:16All right.
11:17You'll be serving co-anchor realness while bringing the gossip, drama, and tea to daytime TV.
11:25Yeah.
11:26All right.
11:27Ooh.
11:28But first things first, divide yourselves up into three groups of three.
11:32Go.
11:33Oh.
11:34Oh.
11:35I'm down.
11:36I'm down with that.
11:37I'm down with this.
11:38I just turn around and look over and I see Velma and P.M. and I'm like, gold.
11:43With this.
11:44Oh, we have to split up.
11:45We gotta split.
11:46I'll go.
11:47Well, yes.
11:48We got this.
11:49We got this.
11:50Each group will tackle their own block of the show, starting with the realness,
11:55breaking down the biggest topics in drag today.
11:58Think tipping and tucking and everything in between.
12:02Tea time, spilling on the shadiest celebrity headlines of the week.
12:08And finally, Couchside Kiki, an exclusive three-on-one interview with an extra special guest.
12:15Dance music diva, Kaiza.
12:18Oh.
12:19Yeah.
12:20Oh.
12:21Oh my.
12:22Very good.
12:23Yes.
12:24It's Ms. Kaiza.
12:27Oh.
12:28That is gaggy.
12:29I'll let you fight over who gets what segment.
12:32Racers, start your engines.
12:34And may the best drag queen spill.
12:45This challenge is going to be so much fun, yo.
12:47I'm excited.
12:48I am excited for it.
12:49For real, Kesa, I love her so much.
12:52It's going to be so cool.
12:53It's epic.
12:54Kaiza, I need to interview her today because I'm a dancer, she's a dancer, and I want to
12:59know everything about her.
13:01All right, ladies.
13:02It's time to choose our segments.
13:04Does anybody have a preference?
13:06The realness, I think.
13:08Do you guys feel the realness?
13:09I love the realness.
13:10I love the realness.
13:11Well, you guys do give realness, but I don't know about realness.
13:15And that's why we want to do tea time.
13:18I want to show that I'm a real biatch.
13:21Wait, no.
13:22Not like a real bitch, but like a real bitch.
13:25I think we want to do tea time.
13:28Or the realness.
13:29We're feeling tea time or the realness.
13:31Yeah.
13:32I definitely want tea time.
13:33I think that's the most opportunity to have fun.
13:35I know I'm with some shady bitches up in here, and I think this is going to go really well.
13:38Couchside Kiki.
13:39Oh, that was easy.
13:40That was really easy.
13:41Wait, that was so nice of us.
13:45Who's going to screw this up, and who's going to do well?
13:48I guess we'll find out after the break.
13:51Hi, welcome back to The Shade.
13:57I'm Sammy.
13:58I'm PM.
13:59I'm Velma.
14:00And we're here having the Couchside Kiki.
14:03We are all so happy to be working together, and it's just ear-to-ear great.
14:07It's just ear-to-ear grins, which is exactly the setup you need for this challenge.
14:13I feel really good.
14:14I mean, obviously I feel a little sad that neither of you really wanted me in your group.
14:18I feel like when we kind of-
14:19When did I say that?
14:20When we were standing out there, and me and Maya were separate, none of you were eager to pull me in, or be like, oh, who's that come here?
14:26Yeah, but you didn't do that to me either.
14:28When?
14:29When you were with Maya, you weren't like-
14:30I literally was the one that went into your group.
14:33Girl, like, it's not that serious.
14:35It is not that serious.
14:36I honestly wasn't thinking twice.
14:37I wanted to say with Saltina, so I was like, either one of you has to come.
14:41No, because she grabbed me first.
14:42Yeah, okay.
14:43But what I do want to do is that little shit like this doesn't fucking matter, because we need to do well in the challenge.
14:47Well, my feelings do matter, so if that's how I felt, that's how I'm going to talk.
14:50Oh my god.
14:51Okay.
14:52That part.
14:53But girl, this is definitely not the energy that I want to start with.
14:57Honestly, girl, go fuck yourself.
14:58I'm going to say how I feel, and you're not going to shut me up, because this is not the energy that you need.
15:03Saltina trying to silent non-white voices, girl.
15:05Not today, girl.
15:06Exactly what I was doing.
15:07Yes.
15:08Girl, she's so annoying.
15:10Okay, ladies.
15:11Let's do it.
15:12We got the winning team, because we're all winners.
15:15We do.
15:16You know what, actually, about that, I think that gives us, like, a little bit more pressure this week, because this is the thing.
15:22We know the judges like us.
15:23Clock it up.
15:24Hallie, yes, there's a lot of pressure being in a group with all winners.
15:26Not only are the other girls looking at us, because they're waiting for us to trip up, but at the same time, I'm working with people who have already proved themselves in this competition.
15:35So I know that I need to work that much harder.
15:37So how are you guys feeling about the topic that we got? Is this, was this your number one choice, or?
15:41I'm actually happy with the topic. I just didn't want the couchside Chi Chi.
15:45I just think a three-on-one interview is kind of a recipe for disaster.
15:49It's risky.
15:50I don't know how they'll do, but they're all smiles over there, so maybe they'll do well.
15:55But you can never trust a person that smiles too much, you know?
15:58Like, if you're always smiling, like, what are you hiding?
16:01Like, they're over there like, girl, that's why Star went home.
16:04Too damn much.
16:05Too damn much.
16:08Does anybody feel like they really would love to moderate?
16:12I would love to moderate.
16:13I would really love that.
16:14I really hope that if I do a good job as a moderator, that'll be my ticket to the win.
16:19I think we do have a challenge, because we're four people talking.
16:23We have to be smart about it.
16:24We don't want to cut her off, but we want to make sure that at the end of the day, it's us being evaluated and not her, you know?
16:29We're going to have to listen even more, because we can't just have our rehearsed bits.
16:34You cannot zone out.
16:35You can't clock out.
16:37You got to clock in, as Van would say thousands of times.
16:41So you clock it.
16:42Clock it.
16:43Clock it.
16:44Clock it.
16:45Clock it.
16:46Clock it.
16:47Fucking clock it.
16:49I hate it.
16:51I feel like all these topics we could talk about for like 10 minutes each.
16:54That would definitely be our challenge.
16:55Yeah.
16:56Yeah.
16:57Is keeping it concise.
16:58And this is daytime, so we have to be inspirational.
17:00My strategy during this challenge is to show a more serious side of myself.
17:06But, you know, I want to talk about like my experiences.
17:09So, padding in and out.
17:10For me personally, I always pat.
17:12I think people should do it first to find out how it feels.
17:15Do you ever pat something out or no?
17:17I started with padding.
17:18And then, you know, because of my body, because I have to use the washroom so much.
17:22I was like, you know what, let's try it without padding.
17:25I do have an invisible disability because of my car accident.
17:28And that ranges from any gut issues.
17:31It ranges from scar tissue pain, fatigue, joint pain.
17:36I go to the washroom a lot.
17:38Sometimes after a number, I'm running to a washroom because I don't want to shit on stage.
17:43As I'm like, at first I was like, oh my God, this is a comedy challenge.
17:46And I was like, actually it's not.
17:47It's not.
17:48And the main thing is to be yourself.
17:49Yeah.
17:50I feel like we all talk a lot, but we're also not really loud.
17:53And we don't overpower each other.
17:54Yeah.
17:55I'm not going in there with like a character.
17:56I'm not going in there with a crazy voice.
17:58I'm treating it like I'm literally just sitting there talking to my friends and listening.
18:03So how are we feeling about the other two groups?
18:07Van and Ebony, they're talkers.
18:09Yeah, they do.
18:10They talk a lot.
18:11Yeah.
18:12You know, I'm just wondering if Van and Ebony can just shut and listen for one second.
18:17As much as I love Ebony and Van Gogh, they don't know how to hold a conversation like a person.
18:22And then Dulce Saltina and Caramel.
18:25I feel like that's a strong team.
18:27Oh, but you know what?
18:29We have more confidence.
18:30Yeah.
18:31Yeah.
18:32I feel like the realness is a more subdued group.
18:35I am not sure if they're going to find the fun aspect, but that'll work in my favor, I guess.
18:41Beautiful.
18:42Hey, Queens.
18:43Who's ready to hit the airwaves?
18:44Yeah.
18:45You'll say Saltina, Caramel, you're up first.
18:46Everybody else, have a seat.
18:47Yay.
18:48We're about to do our live taping of The Shade.
18:50Let's hope this goes well.
18:51The Shade is obviously a talk show, but listening is just as important as you can.
18:56What daytime show are they on, girl?
18:58One's going to a wedding, one's going figure skating, the other one's going to a rave.
19:15It's something else, girl.
19:16We're going live in five, four, three…
19:21We're going live in five, four, three.
19:27Hello, and welcome to The Shade,
19:30the talk show that keeps you on your heels.
19:32My name is Dulce, and with me today,
19:34I have Saltina and Caramel.
19:37In our first segment of the day,
19:39it's time for the realness,
19:41where we will be discussing some hot topics
19:43and dishing our opinions.
19:45First up, padding, in or out, ladies?
19:48I feel like right now,
19:49there's a major discourse around padding.
19:52I feel like it's really up to the girl.
19:53It's really up to you and your drag.
19:55For me, I started with padding.
19:57I started with it, and I loved it.
19:59But you know how much I go to the washroom?
20:00Well, yes.
20:02I decided to try it without, and I love it.
20:06I recall this one time I did a show,
20:08and it wasn't until it was halfway through
20:10that I realized that I had forgotten my pads at home.
20:13After that, I was just in the mirror crying.
20:15But I had to quit the show halfway
20:17because I think I relied on the pads so much
20:19to make me feel comfortable.
20:21And I love the way my body looks when it's padded.
20:24The energy on this segment is so low.
20:27Girls, pick it up.
20:29Club culture.
20:31So when I say that, ladies, what comes to your mind?
20:34For me, it's one word.
20:35It's accessibility.
20:37As a broke body baddie myself,
20:39I want to see more people like me there.
20:40I want to see people who never thought
20:42that they could be there go and have a good time.
20:45It's definitely more about acceptance.
20:48I find that sometimes, like, when I go out of drag
20:50to the same club that I was performing at,
20:52like, literally last night,
20:54it's like, it's harder for me to get a drink.
20:56Girl, this is boring.
20:58If this was a talk show,
21:00I'd be changing the channel by now.
21:02Even more sober spaces.
21:03There's a lot of sober queens.
21:05It's hard when all your friends are drunk
21:06or drinking is encouraged,
21:07or it's like, I'm not drinking tonight.
21:09No, do a tequila shot.
21:10We shouldn't be encouraging that.
21:12And as a sober girl myself,
21:14I can say I can still party.
21:16Thank you very much.
21:17100%.
21:17I can still party.
21:18Oh, I know.
21:20Speaking about partying,
21:22there's nothing we love to do more than party
21:23with our drag families.
21:25Do you guys have a drag family?
21:27I feel like I started drag
21:28and I had a drag mother right away,
21:30and she has been incredible, so supportive.
21:31But I've learned that it's not just like
21:33having a drag mother, drag daughter.
21:35It's about the connections you make along the way.
21:37Drag family's important.
21:40It's really important.
21:41Girl, curled milk is giving an empty plate.
21:44Please, sir, can I have some more?
21:46Unfortunately, that is time for us.
21:49I wanted to thank you guys so much for joining us.
21:51We'll be right back after these short messages.
21:59I'm with my Tea Time girls,
22:01Van, Ebony, and Maya Fox.
22:04We are going in to film our segment,
22:05and girl, I am feeling shady.
22:07We're going live in five, four, three.
22:12Have you got your cups ready?
22:14Whether you like it iced, hot, or full of shade,
22:17grab your girls, cause it's...
22:21Tea time.
22:23My name is Van Goth,
22:24and I am here with Ebony LaBelle and Maya Fox
22:27to dish and spill on the hottest celebrity tea.
22:31Maya, what are you brewing over there?
22:32Well, listen, the first story of the day involves a scandal
22:36with the current reigning queen of Canada's drag race.
22:39No way.
22:40That's right.
22:41The Virgo queen?
22:42She's not even a Virgo.
22:43She's a Scorpio.
22:44A Scorpio?
22:45Listen, Ebony, you're a Virgo, right?
22:47What do you think about that?
22:48Listen, us Virgos, we are funny.
22:49Yes.
22:50We are organized,
22:51and we got rocking bodies.
22:54And let me tell you,
22:54when I was watching Virgo on season five,
22:56she ain't gonna do that, okay?
22:58Ooh, ooh.
22:59Clock it.
23:00Now listen, Ebony, what are you seepin' on over there?
23:02It is pretty bitter.
23:04I'ma be real.
23:04I won last week.
23:06Yes.
23:07And I got real close and personal with the beaver.
23:10She was cute, but she was a little suspicious.
23:14Ooh.
23:15Girl, she not even gold.
23:16Girl.
23:18Oh my.
23:18Gag-gag-gag-gag.
23:19Now, Miss Maya.
23:20Yes.
23:21You won a few weeks ago.
23:21I did.
23:22And you held the beaver.
23:23Well, listen, when I picked Miss Beaver up,
23:25she was a little lighter than I expected.
23:27But I just thought Miss Thing was on Ozempic, okay?
23:30She might have been.
23:31She might have been.
23:32Now, listen, I have some breaking news as well.
23:34Y'all know Jimbo, right?
23:35Of course.
23:36Miss Thing is opening up her own drag school.
23:39Okay.
23:40Wait, that's Disney.
23:41She's offering classes.
23:42She's got teachers.
23:43I actually got an email.
23:45She was offering me a full ride scholarship.
23:48Yes, she knew the drag was good
23:49or that the drag needed help.
23:51I don't know, anyways.
23:52Let me tell you about the most popular course
23:54that she's offering.
23:55It's how to lose twice and win on the third try.
23:58So, you know our queen mother?
24:00Of course.
24:01Host of Canada's Drag Race.
24:03Now, tell me why she was caught at DragCon with no wig.
24:07I don't know, though.
24:09I'm kind of here for it.
24:10It's giving very Joey Jay tees.
24:12Yes.
24:12That is true, but listen, if I were to be caught at a gig
24:15or in public with no wig, it'd be pretty scurry up in there.
24:18It would be, but, you know, Miss Thing is a trendsetter.
24:21If Miss Brooklyn is wearing no wig,
24:23maybe ladies, we should try no wig.
24:26Oh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh.
24:28No, no, no, no, we'll leave it to Brooklyn.
24:31She got the bone structure for it.
24:32Van Gogh, Ebony, and Maya are doing really well.
24:35They picked up the energy.
24:38Sorry.
24:39Oh, I picked up my energy there.
24:42Have you got your fill?
24:43Because I'm overflowing.
24:45But don't go anywhere.
24:46The shade will be right back.
24:49Yay!
24:51All right, we have Sammy, PM, and Velma.
24:53How you doing?
24:54Great, great.
24:56OK, we are back in five, four, three.
25:01Bonjour, and welcome back.
25:03I'm Sammy, and I'm joined by...
25:05Hi, I'm PM.
25:07I am Velma.
25:08And this is Couchside Kiki, where we get to know
25:12one of your favorite Canadian celebrities.
25:15Today, we're very excited for this one.
25:18We're joined by three-time Juno award-winning artist.
25:22It's Kaisa, everyone.
25:27We're so happy to have you.
25:28You look so good.
25:29Wow.
25:30Take a seat.
25:31Yes, sit down.
25:32So this is the Couchside Kiki, OK?
25:34See, my nickname is Kiki.
25:36No.
25:37My mom calls me Kiki.
25:38This is perfect.
25:40We're about to have a good Kiki now.
25:42I'm a dancer, and I so look up to you in your movement
25:46quality and just everything you exude.
25:50How long have you been a mover?
25:52Because it seems like forever.
25:54Yeah, since I was a kid.
25:55I started ballet when I was, like, two.
25:56But I've always been a bit awkward, actually.
25:58You can sort of see it.
25:59I'm a little, like, nerdy and awkward,
26:01and that's actually because I'm ambidextrous.
26:02Oh, OK.
26:03And I have a dual-dominant brain.
26:05Do you have a favorite performance memory?
26:08One of the coolest memories was performing
26:10at Wembley Stadium.
26:11Oh, OK, wow.
26:12It's the first time I experienced, like,
26:13when they say the crowd high.
26:15There's nothing like that.
26:16I got actually high, and I got lost.
26:20Like, I was on this thrust stage, and I went down,
26:22and I was just like.
26:24I'll have what she's having.
26:25I know.
26:26Well, speaking of being lost, one of my favorite
26:32personal song ever is Idaway.
26:34This music video, because it's a one-shot video,
26:37how did you come with that idea?
26:39Uh, I was broke.
26:40Yeah, you were broke.
26:41I couldn't afford an editor.
26:43Yes.
26:44Couch High Kiki is going good.
26:47They're seeming to connect with Kaiza.
26:49I don't know.
26:50It's better than the realness.
26:51I'm going to tell you that.
26:52Now, we're about to go into our favorite segment, all right?
26:55So this is rapid-fire questions, all right?
26:58And you just answer with the first thing
27:00that pops up in your mind.
27:01Don't be scared.
27:02No, don't be.
27:03Don't be scared.
27:04It's a good couch here.
27:05Very good.
27:06I love this talk show, by the way.
27:09Our ratings are going up the roof right now.
27:10Now, East Coast or West Coast?
27:12And be careful.
27:13I'm from the East Coast.
27:14And I'm from the West Coast.
27:15Honestly, I find the East Coast more artistic.
27:17It is.
27:18But I like relaxing.
27:19I go to the West Coast to, like, disappear
27:21and kind of get into my soul, like, vanish.
27:24Sweet or salty?
27:25Salty.
27:26Sneakers or stilettos?
27:28Ah!
27:29I know.
27:30I like the sneaker stilettos.
27:31Have you seen that?
27:32Yes, yes, yes.
27:33Yes, yes, yes.
27:34Ketchup on poutine.
27:35Agree?
27:36Mm-mm-mm.
27:37Yeah, okay, okay.
27:38I'm good.
27:39Gravy.
27:40Gravy ketchup.
27:41I'm there with you.
27:42We're trying to be inclusive here, but I'm with you.
27:45That's all the time we have.
27:47Thank you so much for taking the time to Kiki with us.
27:51Tune in tomorrow, where we will be joined by Brad Goreski.
27:55Where has he been?
27:57We will find out.
27:58I'm Sammy.
27:59I'm PM.
28:00And I'm Velma.
28:01Thanks for sitting with us at Couchside Kiki.
28:08Wow.
28:09I'm just really happy with what we did.
28:11Everything was so fast, but I have just a good feeling about it.
28:14It's elimination day, and some of these girls should be really worried because they forgot that a daytime talk show is still supposed to be entertaining.
28:23It's TV.
28:24We did really fucking good.
28:25None of us fucking stumbled.
28:27I can acknowledge when I don't do well, but I can acknowledge when I do fucking well.
28:31And I did fucking well this week.
28:33I feel like we did do well.
28:34I feel like it really depends on the taste of the judges per each segment.
28:37You know what I mean?
28:38She was having fun with us.
28:39I really feel like she was having fun.
28:40She said it.
28:41She said it.
28:42That's the thing.
28:43We were having a Kiki.
28:44After seeing all these shady bitches have fake ass alliances, I'm gonna go align myself with the two realest people in this room.
28:52I think we need to get real right now because I haven't felt like I have anyone that really has my back.
29:01And I would love to have a weirdo clown alliance.
29:06Yeah.
29:07Of course.
29:08Let's just do that trio.
29:10Like the three clowns.
29:11Why not?
29:12I feel like these two are two people that I can rely on.
29:15And even for the weirdo queens, we had very daytime looks.
29:18Oh my God.
29:19Yeah.
29:20Yeah.
29:21Yeah.
29:22It's time to send in the clowns.
29:24I don't know how many of you guys know this.
29:27I don't think I've shared it with that many people unless they knew like my day job about like a year or two ago for like six years.
29:33I was in the military.
29:34Oh.
29:35Like that was like my regular job.
29:37Wow.
29:38And while I did that like I still did drag and I would get into drag like on the bases and like go to my show.
29:44That's iconic.
29:46And they knew.
29:47I didn't hide it.
29:48Like I never changed my voice.
29:49I never changed anything because like I've always wanted to be unapologetically myself.
29:53As I was there a longer time and more years like people would like come out to me and stuff and say like how cool it was to see someone so queer and stuff in the army.
30:01But they're like just the fact that you can do that is like super cool and honestly that brought me so much joy.
30:06Dulce have you ever like used a gun or like shot a gun or like done any of that.
30:10Girl yes I used to.
30:12I can like do like a machine gun a regular gun.
30:15I can like take them apart put them back together blindfolded honey like.
30:18What?
30:19Yes honey.
30:20Yes.
30:21Yes.
30:22Literally yes.
30:23Like.
30:24Dulce knows how to assemble a gun blindfolded.
30:27Van you in danger girl.
30:29So we have a really exciting runway today.
30:32A perp walk to remember.
30:35Yes.
30:36What do you guys have?
30:38My runway today is probably the one that I'm most proud of.
30:43I am going to be talking about the bathhouse raids in the 80s.
30:48Oh.
30:49In Toronto actually there were bathhouses being raided and men trans people queer people were dragged out just in their skimpies maybe undressed and a lot of them were arrested just for being themselves in a space that they thought they could call home.
31:07And so I am going to be one of the people who got pulled out today.
31:12I love that.
31:13I'm pretty stoked.
31:14Sammy what are you doing?
31:15I need to know.
31:16I'm going full silly.
31:18My whole thing is illegal injections.
31:21That's like what I'm arrested for.
31:23I'm going to be botched on the runway.
31:25As opposed to.
31:26As opposed to.
31:27As opposed to.
31:28As opposed to.
31:29What about you Van?
31:31Mine's really personal.
31:32This last year I was diagnosed with HIV positive.
31:33Aww.
31:34And one of the first things that happened was this person called me and said like hey like
31:46this is someone to talk to you about like all the legal issues.
31:49And I was like what legal issues?
31:50And she was like well if you don't disclose your status when you're asleep with people you
31:54can get charged with aggravated sexual assault.
31:56And I was like even if I was undetectable she's like yep it doesn't matter you have to always
32:00disclose it.
32:01Um.
32:02Or you could get arrested.
32:04When I like found out that HIV positive I was just like I just couldn't believe it.
32:08And I felt guilty.
32:10But also like sad.
32:12Like I felt like I did something wrong.
32:14Like why did I feel that way?
32:16Like why is like my first reaction that I like should feel bad?
32:19So my look is inspired by I guess my fears of like.
32:25Like having my status used against me in a way that is like criminal and like could result
32:30in like I don't know me going to jail or like just like being discriminated against.
32:34Like a lot of this year has been like not getting upset with myself and like I'm not the problem.
32:41And it's like hard to unlearn.
32:48We love you so much.
32:50Oh my god I can't wait to see.
32:52I just like feel like I don't know who I am anymore.
32:55Like I just like don't know.
32:57Yeah I don't know.
32:59It's hard to like express.
33:01Yeah.
33:02Yeah.
33:03Coming on here I really want to like just show people a different side of it.
33:07And that it's not everything you see in movies and TV shows and you don't get diagnosed HIV positive one day
33:13and the next day you have AIDS and you're on your death bed.
33:15There's a lot of stigma within the community about it which is unfortunate and it's really sad.
33:21I want to learn more about what being HIV positive is and I want to break my own stigmas about it.
33:26If I could like sit back at the end of my life or my career in drag and be like oh I made a difference.
33:32That's like the best prize.
33:35How could you ask for anything better?
33:37Be patient with yourself and remember that you don't have to rush to figure everything out right now.
33:43No totally.
33:44You can take your time.
33:46I'm honestly really proud of Van in this moment for being so vulnerable.
33:49I know that she is somebody that's kind of guarded.
33:51She has this hard exterior and I know that it is a huge step for her to come out and share her status with us.
33:57We love you girl.
33:59We love you.
34:00I appreciate it.
34:01I love you.
34:02I love you bitch.
34:03I love you too.
34:31I love you too.
34:32I love you too.
34:33I love you too.
34:34I love you too.
34:35Welcome to the main stage of Canada's Drag Race.
34:39She's my angel of the airwaves and Canada's sweetheart.
34:42It's Tracy Melshor.
34:44Hey, hey.
34:45Tracy, you've interviewed more A-list celebrities than anybody I can think of.
34:49I know. More than you can count.
34:52So more than seven?
34:53Precisely.
34:54And he's my favorite gossip girl.
34:57It's style superstar Carson Kressley.
35:00XOXO, Brooklyn.
35:02And she always hits the right note.
35:04It's chart-topper Kaisa.
35:07How did our talk show host make you feel?
35:09Oh, they made me want to hide away.
35:12Ooh.
35:12Uh.
35:13This week, we challenged our queens to ditch on daytime TV.
35:18Racers start your engines.
35:20And may the best drag queen win.
35:26Category is...
35:28A perp walk to remember.
35:31First up, Saltina Shaker.
35:33The Iron Maiden is a medieval torture device.
35:36There are spikes in it.
35:37And it slowly closes.
35:39And eventually, you get very holy.
35:42As I walk out of it, I have these beads dripping, accentuating the holes in my body.
35:48Could someone please get her a Band-Aid?
35:50I am this medieval girl who stole a piece of bread.
35:54I know I'm guilty, but bitch, I look good.
35:57But I will need some rubbing alcohol for the wounds.
36:01Well, that didn't middle-age well.
36:05Next, Dulce.
36:07Oh.
36:08Girl, I just went to the mall.
36:10I'm, like, taking stuff left and right.
36:12I made sure to wear my big jacket.
36:13But I didn't take the ink pad off before I stole it, so it kind of exploded.
36:18Money can't buy your class, but it can buy your ass.
36:22I just stole a little makeup palette, a little brush.
36:26Because there's no discount better than a five-finger discount.
36:28Now, Caramelk.
36:33This is bullshit.
36:34Here I was, going for a stroll to the financial district, took a stop at the bank,
36:38and somehow I got this blue dial over me.
36:41How did that happen?
36:42Now, this is a look you can take to the bank.
36:44In the purse, of course.
36:45I already get my bail money.
36:46So, honey, I am not worried.
36:48This will put a stain on our permanent record.
36:51What was she inking?
36:55And now, Ebony LaBelle.
36:57Serving justice.
37:00I am wearing a gorgeous bodysuit with this beautiful chiffon train.
37:05It is a love letter to Miss Marsha P. Johnson.
37:08She died at Stonewall.
37:10No one died at Stonewall.
37:11Nobody died?
37:13I'm strutting down that runway, giving them that classic Ebony stomp.
37:17But then I'm also ready to throw the damn brick at the damn judges, okay?
37:20Because don't mess with me, because if I'm not in the top, this brick gonna get you.
37:25Next, Van Goss.
37:27So, my look is highlighting the holes in the justice system and how people living with
37:32HIV just don't really get a fair shot of it sometimes.
37:34And I am shedding the chains and the weight of these fucked up laws.
37:39Oh, hey girl, let's link up.
37:40I feel like I'm showing the judges not only a great look, but also like who I am and which is scary.
37:49And now, Maya Fox.
37:51Island gal.
37:53Prince Edward island gal.
37:55She is the village trollop.
37:58But, you know, in those days, you didn't have to do too much.
38:00Miss Thing only just showed her ankles and it was over.
38:03So, they're tying her up.
38:04They're throwing her in the slammer, honey, because she was trying to get herself a man.
38:08Girl, this is the stupidest frigid shit I've ever done in my life.
38:12All right, it is Man of Green Gables walking up in here.
38:18Next, PM.
38:20My runway today is totally inspired by the bathhouse raids in the 80s in Toronto.
38:26I want to make sure that I am flexing my muscles, sniffing my pits, being a little bit masculine for once on this runway.
38:35Shantae, you, they.
38:39This jug is filled with dirty socks and lots of underwear.
38:46And there is fluid that I am going to be drinking whether you like it or not.
38:51Oh, refreshing jock water.
38:54Gulp, gulp, bitches.
38:55Now, Velma Jones.
38:59My story is that she wanted to have the control of all the maple syrup.
39:04She jumped into one of the bins filled with maple syrup to hide.
39:09But it was too late.
39:10But the police were kind enough to let her have paper napkins.
39:14Talk about a sticky situation.
39:16Oh, my God, my fur is ruined.
39:18And, like, I just wanted to have all the paper syrup for myself.
39:25I'm not sure how I feel about this look.
39:27I'm waffling.
39:27And finally, Sammy Laundrie.
39:33Oh, God.
39:34She knows how to inject a little fun into a lug.
39:38My inspiration for this runway is the overfilling of the gays in our community.
39:43They have gone too far.
39:45She found her injections on Facebook Marketplace and got them done in the Tim Hortons parking lots.
39:52But you know what?
39:53She's still living.
39:53That's called ho-talks.
40:00Welcome, queens.
40:02Based on your talk show talent and runway presentations, the judges have made some decisions.
40:08When I call your name, please step forward.
40:11Van Gogh.
40:13Maya Fox.
40:16Velma Jones.
40:18You are safe.
40:24You may leave the stage.
40:27The rest of you represent the tops and the bottoms of the week.
40:31Now it's time for the judges' critiques.
40:33First up, Saltina Shaker.
40:36Boo.
40:36As a team, you were prepared and you had done your research, but it was missing the dynamic talk show energy.
40:46When you watch a talk show, it's a back and forth, it's a volley.
40:50And I really felt like that was missing.
40:53It felt a little bit flat.
40:55And this is a daytime talk show.
40:56It's supposed to be lively and engaging.
40:59And it felt more like monologues than conversations.
41:02You know, in a daytime format, people are sitting at home during the day and they kind of want to be part of the party.
41:07You kind of wanted to see, you know, you gals kiki-ing about important things, but having a fun time doing it.
41:13I love your look.
41:14Your body looks amazing.
41:16Fantastic.
41:16And I just, I gagged when you came out of that medieval thing.
41:21I would have loved some more medieval-ish hair to go with it, but I appreciated the reveal.
41:26And I think this is a really cool take on a perp walk.
41:30Next up, Dulce.
41:32Hi.
41:33You were the lead moderator, and that is probably the toughest job on a daytime talk show.
41:37And I think you took that so seriously that you kind of got lost in the script.
41:42You were well-researched and you were ready to talk about your topics, but it was almost like you were too ready.
41:48There was a bit of a seriousness all the way through.
41:51It felt like the TV turned on and you turned off.
41:55I really loved a lot of moments of what you were saying, but I felt just your body language was close to the camera.
42:01You could have just kind of opened your body up so we could see you a little more.
42:06This is one of my favorite looks I've seen you in.
42:09It's young, it's fresh, it's funky.
42:11It's a little bit banjee, a little bit shoplifting on Sesame Street, which I love.
42:16I wish I got a little bit more shoplifter from it.
42:18I wish you would have pulled like 10,000 things just to really sell the idea of what story you're telling.
42:25Next up, Caramelk.
42:26Hi.
42:27I get the sense that you are a quiet personality and you're not the loudest person in the room, which is something I can very much relate to.
42:34I'm the same way.
42:35But challenges like these are extra hard for us because we really have to go outside of our comfort zone and we have to go triple what we think we should be doing.
42:45It was about the energy level.
42:47And I think that if you're not the most extroverted person, act.
42:51Just fake it till you make it.
42:53First of all, I actually think you have such a strong presence.
42:57And I just felt, yeah, maybe you were playing it a little bit safe.
42:59I think this look, I know this is a bank robber gets shot with like, you know, the dye that identifies you as the robber.
43:07I wasn't really getting that from this look.
43:09I think the problem for me is the color.
43:11I would have loved if you had done a really contrasting color.
43:14So the blue dye really popped on it for me.
43:17I think it's a very cool concept.
43:19I just don't think it's quite fully realized.
43:22Thank you so much.
43:23Next up, Ebony Lavelle.
43:25You were made for TV.
43:27I just wanted to watch you forever.
43:28You really brought the audience in and you made it fun.
43:32I love the wig.
43:33I love the look.
43:34The beat was beaten.
43:35I was channeling you.
43:36Oh, stop it.
43:38I literally got ready and was like, I look like Tracy Marshall right now.
43:41Well, I'm flattered.
43:42You're magnetic.
43:43I was drawn in.
43:44I had so much fun.
43:45I really felt like I was in the room.
43:47When you're comfortable, the audience is comfortable.
43:49And that's gold for daytime television.
43:51Your look tonight, you know, the fact that you're paying tribute to Marsha P. Johnson.
43:55Her impact is immeasurable.
43:58It's a little bit simple for me.
44:00And there's a little bit of a fit issue with the crotch.
44:04Especially if we're doing something like a bodysuit, we have to make sure it fits perfectly.
44:08Next up, P.M.
44:10Hi, P.M.
44:11Hi.
44:12I think that's funny that your name is P.M., but you're really, you're an A.M. kind of queen because you belong on daytime.
44:20I've done so many interviews.
44:22And this was one of my favorites of, like, my whole career.
44:25You connected to our special guest, Kaiza, dancer to dancer.
44:30And you also showed her that you were listening to her.
44:33You showed your personality without taking over.
44:38Your look tonight, I am equally delighted and disgusted.
44:43Yay!
44:44I feel like this is P.M. core.
44:46And you also brought attention to a really important moment in our queer history.
44:49Just in a slightly more disgusting way.
44:52A little bit.
44:53Last but certainly not least, Sammy Landry.
44:58You did such a good job being the mediator of the group.
45:02Like, I did feel like you really anchored the whole talk show.
45:07When Kaiza spoke about feeling like she was high at Wembley Stadium, you're like, I'll have what she's having.
45:13You were just really listening and responding and having fun.
45:16I really, really enjoyed you.
45:17And I did not know how you were going to do in this challenge.
45:19So you really surprised me this week.
45:22This look looks like somebody put Jimbo in the microwave.
45:27This is the kind of level of crazy and manic and weird that I want to see from you.
45:32You're like Cindy Lou Who's slutty cougar stepmom, Tanya Lou Who.
45:37Tanya.
45:39Her.
45:40Based on the judges' critiques, we have made some decisions.
45:44Sammy Landry, in the challenge and on the runway, you were the name on everyone's lips.
45:53Ebony LaBelle, this week you spilled the tea and we loved every drop.
46:00PM, you were a daytime delight.
46:03And on the runway, you served the bathhouse down boots.
46:09Sammy Landry, congratulations.
46:12You are the winner of this week's maxi challenge.
46:16You have won $5,000 cash, courtesy of Community One Foundation.
46:23Woo.
46:23Ebony, PM, great work this week.
46:28Saltina, Dulce, Caramelk.
46:31I'm sorry, but that means you are the bottom queens this week.
46:35Sammy, as this week's winner, you have earned the power of the golden beaver,
46:39granting you the ability to save one of the bottom queens from lip syncing for their life.
46:44As you untuck, the bottom three may plead their case.
46:49You may leave the stage.
46:51Here.
46:56Pitch up your feet.
46:57I gotta tidy up.
46:58I gotta make sure this set's nice and clean.
46:59The girls will be here any minute.
47:01Oh my God.
47:01Hurry up.
47:02It's a little messy, so we got the Man of Green Gables, you know, doing a little bit of housekeeping.
47:07Her East Coast is really coming out here.
47:09Oh, they're back.
47:11Oh, she's cleaning up.
47:12Oh my God.
47:12We've been cleaning up.
47:13Coming into Untucked, I feel so great.
47:17I won this week.
47:20Word.
47:21I feel fucking amazing.
47:24I'm a winner, baby.
47:27$5,000.
47:29I'm going to go get some real injections.
47:31Who are the other girls in the top?
47:34Pierre.
47:35Ebony.
47:35Ebony, okay.
47:37I have landed in the fucking top, and this makes me so excited.
47:42Surprise, bitches.
47:43I'm in the bottom.
47:46Yeah.
47:48They just want me to, like, I guess, like, break out of my shell more.
47:53I get it.
47:54It's like drag.
47:54It's better to go big rather than to go home.
47:57So.
47:57This is my first time here, and it honestly, it fucking sucks.
48:02I know that I'm retreating a little bit.
48:05I don't want that to be the reason why I go.
48:09I'm not fading into the background.
48:11I refuse.
48:12I'm realizing that I'm fucking worth it.
48:15That I'm deserving of being here.
48:17That I'm here for a reason.
48:19And that I am fucking talented.
48:21Let's say, what do they say about you?
48:23I just feel fucking, like, so stupid.
48:27I thought I was in the fucking top.
48:28So, it makes me feel like, oh, obviously not.
48:31Like, I view my drag differently.
48:34I really thought I was in the top, and I was going to win.
48:37And I feel like the dumbest bitch ever for, like, thinking that.
48:40I try to listen and think of, like, how to do what they want us to do.
48:45And I do the best, and it doesn't work.
48:51When has the challenge ever asked you to be serious, dry, and monotone?
48:57Kind of like you have a draw, you know?
49:01I have something I want to ask from the bottom three.
49:05I want to hear why you want to stay.
49:07But I think also I want to hear, if you stay,
49:10what are specific things that you know you need to work on
49:14to go better in this competition?
49:17Spicy.
49:18Girl, who dynamite you, Brooklyn?
49:20All of a sudden, you're like,
49:21well, tell me how you're going to improve yourself.
49:23Bitch, how are you going to improve yourself?
49:25You still shit.
49:26Well, I will go first.
49:28I'm often afraid to come across as ironically too confident.
49:33I feel that.
49:34At any point that I am, someone is going to tear me down.
49:38Someone's going to tell me that I don't deserve what the fuck I have.
49:41I relate to that.
49:42Yeah.
49:42And this competition has made me realize that,
49:45you know what?
49:45Maybe I do deserve this.
49:47Maybe I do deserve my TikTok following.
49:49Maybe I do deserve that win.
49:50I've knocked down all those walls,
49:53the self-doubt, the overconfidence,
49:55the arrogance, the fear.
49:57I want to know what's next.
49:59I'm saying no matter what.
50:03I bet you wish you gave the beaver to Sammy now.
50:05I was...
50:06Let's go.
50:06Let's go.
50:06Let's go.
50:07Let's go.
50:07Let's go.
50:08Baby, put Saltina in the bottom two.
50:11Make her lip sync.
50:12Let's go.
50:13You want to get the top four spot.
50:14You want to win.
50:15Let's see it.
50:16Girl, fuck friendships.
50:18Coming here, I want to show that I'm more than just somebody that can twirl on stage.
50:21I want to show more my personality.
50:23It's insane the amount of growth I feel like I've learned and grown as a person.
50:27And I want to continue that.
50:29I want to continue to show it and to prove it.
50:31Fuck the noise.
50:32I'm just going to say what I have to say.
50:34Save me.
50:34Don't save me.
50:35I'll turn it out.
50:36Well, I think I'm the only one of these two that hasn't said that you should have been in the bottom or gone home.
50:40So take that into consideration.
50:42No, you said it.
50:44I'm a fucking fierce queen at, like, everything I do.
50:48I've gone through, like, so much fucking shit and always made it through the other end.
50:52I will get through this as well.
50:54I will be here no matter what because I'm supposed to be here.
50:57I deserve to be saved because I wasn't the worst this week.
51:00And, like, girl, I'll give you a vape.
51:04I could save Saltina.
51:06She's a great friend of mine, but she is a threat.
51:09I could save Caramel.
51:11She didn't do that bad in the challenge.
51:14But she is a lip-sync assassin looking at Dulce.
51:18She's wearing my earrings.
51:20If she goes home, she might steal them.
51:22Oh, my God, that's a lot to think about.
51:24Oh, my God, that's a lot to think about.
51:24Oh, my God.
51:32Welcome back, queens.
51:34Sammy Landry.
51:36Heavy is the hand that holds the beaver.
51:38Who do you want to save from the chomping block?
51:41The queen that I choose to save is...
51:44Saltina.
51:49We'll all be damned.
51:51I'll let it go.
51:53I'll let it go.
51:55Saltina Shaker, you are out of the woods this week.
51:59You may join your sisters at the back.
52:04I love you.
52:05Love you.
52:07Dulce, Caramelk, I'm sorry, but this means you are both up for elimination.
52:12Two queens stand before us.
52:17Prior to tonight, you were asked to prepare a lip-sync performance of Dancing and Crying by Kaisa.
52:24This is your last chance to impress us and save yourself from elimination.
52:29The time has come for you to lip-sync for your life.
52:43Good luck.
52:45And don't fuck it.
52:48Some of you say you can never have a thing or magic.
52:56Some of you say you can never go a thing or have it.
53:00They've been waking up though you never could imagine.
53:03You never could imagine.
53:05You're ready for it.
53:06Sometimes you just have to go when nobody can fall.
53:15Lose yourself, lose control.
53:18When you get there you're snowing, you're snowing.
53:22You could talk with your body.
53:26You could dance with your soul.
53:27I could feel you crying.
53:29That's the start of the show.
53:31Let your feelings drop down low.
53:33Then go back to the floor.
53:35It is time when we prepare for where we're about to go.
53:39Tonight, we're getting emotional.
53:42And when you lose yourself, you're so good to lose control.
53:45We will all get out of line, but we'll never be the same.
53:50What we're losing, we'll be fighting.
53:52Cause we're dancing and we're crying.
53:54Woo!
53:55Woo!
53:55Ha ha ha!
53:55Ha ha!
53:56Ha ha ha!
54:04You've been free of money, yeah.
54:07Tonight we're dancing and we're crying.
54:12So the same is everything I'm magic.
54:15Some will say you can never go, what ain't gonna happen.
54:19Baby, where you gonna go?
54:20You never could imagine.
54:22You never could imagine.
54:24Go out and fly off the radar.
54:27Go out to where the queen are.
54:30The sun and drips, but I'm on a little more,
54:32let it go, let it go, oh, oh.
54:35Like a diamond, oh, oh, oh.
54:36Come on, baby.
54:38That's what you know.
54:41Sometimes you just have to go.
54:45When nobody can fall, lose yourself.
54:51Who's gonna drop?
54:54When we can tell your story, cause the story.
54:57Woo!
54:57Hey!
54:58Double whammy.
55:00Hey!
55:01Ha ha!
55:02Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
55:32You two are phenomenal, please come perform with me sometime, it would be amazing.
55:43Queen, we have made our decision.
55:50Caramelk, Shantae you stay.
55:57Thank you so much.
55:58You may join the others.
56:00I love you so much.
56:05Fuck.
56:10Dulce, a queen by any other name wouldn't be as sweet.
56:15We love you.
56:17I don't think I'll ever be able to express how much being here means to me.
56:24Thank you for everything.
56:26Now sashay away.
56:29Love you so much.
56:34Well, I knew I should have gone for Drag Race Mexico.
56:41Am I happy with the placement that I got this season?
56:49Well, no.
56:50I wish I could say, well, yes, but it is what it is.
56:54Oh my God, I just realized I didn't do the white under my eye.
56:57Girl, that's why they sent me home.
56:59I want people to know that I worked really hard.
57:02If someone that came from where I'm from and that looks what I look like made it onto here,
57:08like, so can you?
57:10This was such a big dream of mine to be here, but it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I wouldn't take it back.
57:16Bye, y'all.
57:18And I'm keeping this.
57:19I don't give a fuck.
57:20Congratulations, queens!
57:26You live to slay another day.
57:30But don't get too comfortable.
57:33Oh, girl.
57:34Next week, two of you will be going home.
57:39Girl, gag it.
57:40Because the slay-offs are back.
57:44Oh, ho, ho, ho.
57:46Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
57:49Yay.
57:50The world has never needed the magic of drag more.
57:53So remember, stay true, north, strong, and...
57:58Fear!
58:00That's right.
58:01Now let the music play!
58:16You wear it.
58:17You wear it.
58:18You wear it.
58:19You wear it.
58:20You wear it well.
58:22Next time on Canada's Drag Race.
58:24We have the lip-sync battle.
58:26I'm ready!
58:27These lips are ready to lip-sync momma.
