00:05following reports labeling the country a potential terror hotspot.

00:09This comes after authorities confirmed that two suspects in the Bandai Beach shooting in Australia

00:15had previously visited the Philippines.

00:17The DOT emphasized that the country continues to be a preferred destination

00:21known for its rich culture and warm hospitality.

00:25It also voiced full support for President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr.

00:29in rejecting inaccurate and misleading portrayals of the Philippines.
