00:00We sort of bore down into what Vrabel's problem is much new with the play calling.
00:04So he talked about getting the plays in on time was a big focus of that.
00:08Did you sense any of that on Sunday that they were confused or late getting the plays in?
00:12Not I didn't sense anything with with late getting the calls in and whatnot.
00:17Now confusion.
00:17I think there may have been some of that.
00:20I mentioned it in our first segment, just that I thought McDaniel McDermott did a nice job of switching things up at halftime.
00:27And what they did, I think their adjustments to the adjustments, I think, won out.
00:32But no, I didn't sense anything.
00:34I didn't see any confusion or late substitutions.
00:38I didn't see the play clock incessantly running down.
00:41I didn't see any Aaron Rodgers stuff going on where, you know, every snap was frantically right before the play clock.
00:47So I didn't see any issues with that.
00:49The thing he was talking about Monday was trust.
00:52Okay.
00:52He said, and again, he mentioned again, the decisiveness.
00:56I always think that the best players are the ones that are decisive and that the players know and that they trust.
01:04He went on to say it starts with trust.
01:08He says, I know this sounds cliche, but we want to have balance and the players trust what we're calling and that the coaches trust the players and the players trust each other to do their jobs.
01:18A lot on trust.
01:19What do you think that's about?
01:20I'm not really sure.
01:23You know, these are probably, you know, questions that maybe we need to do a better job with Mike and follow up on a little bit when he's talking about some of these things.
01:32But I don't know.
01:33I wouldn't even be able to venture a guess.
01:34Now, I will say, and again, I've heard some of the same stuff that you guys are talking about with.
01:41There seems to be some disconnect between, you know, Vrabel and the offense or whatever.
01:47But I will say that postgame, the actual postgame of this game, he was pretty critical of the defense, too.
01:54Yeah.
01:54You know, and how can you not be?
01:56Five straight touchdown drives.
01:58The red zone defense has really been a problem all season long.
02:02And, yes, they were missing some key personnel in this particular game, but it's the red zone's been an issue all year.
02:09Paul, did he question the defensive calls?
02:12I, you know, not I don't think specifically, no, no.
02:17But, you know, I, like I said, I wish I had a good answer for you as to why I don't.
02:23I don't really have a great answer other than I think it's stuff that you tend to see with defensive got, you know, defensive head coach.
02:32And, you know, against the offense and vice versa.
02:34I think that they can be a little of that, but I don't have a good answer for you.
02:37That's that.
02:38I mean, that's for Mike to answer.
