China and Pakistan have successfully completed the joint counterterrorism military exercise known as “Warrior-9,” with both sides saying they learned from each other and strengthened operational cooperation.

Military officials said the drill focused on joint planning, tactical coordination and counterterrorism operations, aiming to enhance interoperability between the two armed forces. Participants carried out a series of simulated missions designed to improve response capabilities against complex security threats.

The exercise reflects the close defence ties between China and Pakistan, who regularly hold joint drills across land, air and maritime domains. Officials said such engagements help build trust, improve communication and reinforce regional security cooperation.
