DPWH sets Dec. 24 start for EDSA rehabilitation, eyes 8-month completion

Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Atty. Don Artes, and Department of Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez announced during a briefing in Pasig City on Wednesday, December 17, that the postponed EDSA rehabilitation will continue starting December 24, 2025, at 11 p.m. until 4 a.m. of January 5, 2026.

This involves 24/7 reblocking works and asphalt overlay using a more durable Stone Mastic Asphalt. (via Santi San Juan | MB)
