00:20This weekend, the Catwoman star caused a rift between the Barbz and Cardi B fans as she declared that the Bronx native is the queen of hip hop.
00:29While at the premiere for Halle's new film, Bruise, the actress crowned the Bodak Yellow rapper with this title and highlighted her film's upcoming soundtrack, which Cardi is collaborating on.
00:40Well, not everyone agreed with Halle when it came to this and in fact, Winnie Harlow, of all people, seemed to respond to this when she labeled Nicki Minaj as the one and only queen of hip hop at the MTV European Music Awards.
00:54Well, despite the subtle shade being thrown, Cardi took it upon herself to request that her fans focus on Halle's new film instead of the drama.
01:01But alright, switching gears to some tragic news. This weekend, Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival claimed its 10th victim as 9-year-old Ezra Blount passed away.
01:10He was one of the people who attended the Houston festival and later was placed on life support after he was trampled at the show.
01:17The New York Post reports that Ezra had been sitting on his father's shoulders and they were both caught up in the chaos that unfolded when fans rushed the stage.
01:24So far, dozens of lawsuits have been filed over the tragedy and civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump has filed a lawsuit for Ezra and nearly 100 other families.
01:34The HL family is sending love to everyone affected by this tragedy.
01:38And staying on some more unfortunate news, last night, DaBaby and Danny Lee got into a heated argument on Instagram Live, which resulted in the cops showing up.
01:46During the Instagram Live, users could see these two visibly arguing as Danny Lee fed their baby and tried to shield herself away from being on camera.
01:55Well, immediately after, the thug rapper released a statement on his Instagram story and alleged that he initially went live to document the hostile environment and protect his safety as well as his business.
02:06According to Danny Lee, the rapper kicked her and her 3-month-old baby out of the house in the middle of the night after she allegedly cooked him dinner.
02:14The fight also resumed this morning and there do not seem to be any progress as DaBaby called Danny Lee a side chick repeatedly and alleged that she refused to leave his home.
02:25This is a lot and it's only Monday morning.
