00:00We do share, and share power, and I'm open to that. Please.
00:04Mr. President, a number of Republicans have denounced your statement on True Social after the murder of Rob Reiner.
00:10Do you stand by that post?
00:12Well, I wasn't a fan of his at all. He was a deranged person as far as Trump is concerned.
00:17He said he liked, he knew it was false.
00:20In fact, it's the exact opposite, that I was a friend of Russia, controlled by Russia.
00:25You know, it was the Russia hooks. He was one of the people behind it.
00:29I think he hurt himself in career-wise.
00:32He became like a deranged person. Trump derangement syndrome.
00:36So I was not a fan of Rob Reiner at all, in any way, shape, or form.
00:40I thought he was very bad for our country. Yeah.
00:42On blue slips, Mr. President, Leader Thune doesn't seem like he wants to get rid of blue slips.
00:47Will there be consequences for the Senate if they have a red-
00:49Well, I think they should get rid of blue slips because, as a Republican president,
00:54I am unable to put anybody in office having to do with U.S. attorneys or having to do with judges.
01:01In other words, if you have one- not two. You don't need two. Just one.
01:06If you have one Democrat senator, where we have a lot of them,
01:10you have one Democrat senator in a state, it is not possible to appoint, because of blue slips,
01:16a judge. It's not possible to appoint a U.S. attorney.
01:20You see that happening. And I think it's a disgrace. I think blue slips are a disgrace.
01:25They've long since- I mean, they're not- they should not be relevant anymore.
01:31This is a different world than it was 15, 20 years ago.
01:34You know, that was a gentleman and gentlewoman world.
01:38This is a little bit different, unfortunately. Yeah, please.
01:40Mr. President, what do you want to see Congress do this week as it relates to health care and the expiring ACA?
01:46That's a good question. I'd like to see the people get the money.
01:49I'd like to see all of the money that's going to the Democrat insurance companies.
01:53You know, the insurance companies are making a fortune.
01:56They're up 1,700 percent and more.
01:59And they're taking in hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars,
02:04even trillions of dollars.
02:06And Obamacare gives you terrible health care.
02:10Just so you understand, Obamacare was set up, and I said it right from the beginning,
02:14for the benefit of the health insurance companies, of the insurance companies.
02:20They're making billions and billions of dollars.
02:23Their stock is through the roof.
02:25I don't want to give them anything.
02:26I want all money going to the people and let the people buy their own health care.
02:32It'll be unbelievable.
02:34They'll do a great job.
02:36They'll get much better health care at a much lower cost.
02:39Would you like Republicans next year to just use reconciliation to do with health care
02:48exactly what you laid out, and they wouldn't have to worry about Democrats' votes?
02:52Well, that or knock out the filibuster.
02:55If you knocked out the filibuster, it would all go away.
02:58But we have a few people that wouldn't do that.
03:00It's crazy.
03:02Look, we should knock out the filibuster.
03:03And if you did that, we'd get a voter ID.
03:07You'd have no mail-in voting.
03:11All things that make our elections dishonest.
03:14And you'd get a lot of other things having not even to do with voting.
03:17But Republicans should knock out the filibuster, and we should approve a lot of things.
03:23You wouldn't have January 30th looming, because, you know, you have the 30th of January looming.
03:29You know that, right?
03:31And if we knocked out the filibuster, it would be just a simple approval.
03:35But you have some Republicans that, no, they're unable to explain why.
03:39You know, they, if you ask them why, they're unable to explain it.
03:42They cannot win the debate.
03:44But they should knock out the filibuster.
03:46And, frankly, they should get rid of the blue slips, too.
03:48Yeah.
03:48Mr. President, the Democrats won Miami, where you won the election one year ago.
03:52Do you think it's because of the Hispanic media, like Telemundo, that are publishing fake news about the ICE operations?
03:58How do you plan to win back those votes for midterms?
04:01Yeah, well, I won that whole election.
04:03And, you know, it's interesting.
04:06When I'm not running, we don't do as well.
04:08And I'm going to try and get that changed for the midterms.
04:10But we did have a big win in Tennessee, as you know.
04:22We did have a big win in Tennessee, as you know.
