00:00Once again, President Zelenskyy is showing real leadership. He is coming to the table.
00:05He is negotiating with the United States and Europe, and he is showing that he's ready to
00:11listen. And in the end, you know, it's going to be up to the Ukrainians to decide what they
00:17would accept and what they won't. But he's certainly showing that he's ready to engage
00:21constructively. Russia, on the other hand, Putin, on the other hand, you know, is still launching
00:27hundreds of drones and murdering innocent civilians in Ukraine. You know, the war could
00:33stop tomorrow if Russia pulls out. Russia started this war. It is an illegal and barbaric invasion
00:40of a sovereign and free country. And let us never forget that. Now, obviously, we want this,
00:48the fighting to stop. And we hope that the United States and Europe and Ukraine can collectively now
00:57change this. I know this 28-point plan has evolved quite a lot since it was first presented.
01:05And the question then is, will Russia engage and will Russia be constructive?
