00:00It's really important that we continue to stand with Ukraine, that we do not give Russia any sort of victory.
00:06We know that Ukraine is not the limit of President Putin's expansionist aims.
00:12We've heard just overnight his saber-rattling towards the rest of Europe.
00:18We will stand together with our European allies, with our NATO allies, to defend our country and defend our continent.
00:25We do want to see an end to this war, but it's got to be a just and lasting peace.
00:32And we've just got to recognise who it is we're facing across the negotiated table.
00:38Vladimir Putin is a bloodthirsty killer who invaded a sovereign country and in doing so has not only inflicted incalculable damage to Ukraine and its people.
00:52We've also seen more than a million Russian casualties as a result of Putin's warmongering.
01:00So that's the kind of person we're dealing with.
01:03It is really important that we stand with Ukraine because in doing so we're also standing for democracy and for our own national security.
