The heart of the all-electric Cayenne models is the newly developed 113 kWh high-voltage battery with dual-sided cooling for optimal thermal management. This enables the Cayenne Electric to achieve a combined WLTP range of up to 642 kilometers, and the Turbo up to 623 kilometers. Thanks to 800-volt technology, the Cayenne can charge at up to 390 kW DC charging power, and even up to 400 kW under specific conditions. The state of charge (SoC) can be increased from 10 to 80 percent in under 16 minutes, and enough energy for a range of 325 kilometers (Cayenne) or 315 kilometers (Cayenne Turbo) can be added in just ten minutes. Robust charging performance was a key focus during the development of the new Cayenne.
The Cayenne Electric is also the first Porsche to optionally support inductive charging at up to 11 kW. With Porsche Wireless Charging, simply park over a charging pad, and the charging process starts automatically.
