00:00All right, smoked baby back ribs, but individual pieces.
00:03So yeah, cut each rib off of a rack or two racks that went into this pan.
00:08Got these covered in mustard.
00:10And the difference with the single ribs is you can season all sides,
00:13which definitely adds to the flavor at the end product.
00:16So 275 degrees on the Traeger Ironwood XL for the first two hours.
00:21Once that two-hour mark hit, these were sitting at about 180 internal.
00:24That was perfect.
00:25Want to get them in the pan and we want to get them tender.
00:27So I'm adding the Traeger Q barbecue sauce, going to add some fire honey just to level up the flavor,
00:32give it a little bit of a kick, butter, brown sugar, and then I'm going to cover these back up,
00:38put them back on the Traeger for an hour and a half at 275 degrees to get them tender.
00:43So this was what they looked like after that.
00:46So I just wanted to tack up the barbecue sauce.
00:48It went on another 30 minutes at 275, and this was the end result.
00:52These hit way different than your regular ribs.
00:54Seasoned on all sides definitely adds more flavor.
00:57These are definitely going down again.
