00:44and even acted on them at the age of 13 when he shot himself in the chest.
00:48The Grammy Award winner said that he hopes that by opening up about his own experience and being vulnerable,
00:54it will help others do the same.
00:56Moving on to Travis Barker because he took his first flight in 13 years after surviving a deadly plane crash.
01:03Recall back in 2008, Travis' business jet to Van Nuys, California crashed,
01:08killing his security guard, Charles Still, and his assistant, Chris Baker, as well as the plane's two pilots.
01:14The wreck also left Travis with third-degree burns all over his body.
01:18Over the weekend, TMZ reported that the Blink-182 drummer took a flight from L.A. to Cabo
01:23with his girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian, along with her mom, Kris Jenner, and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble.
01:29A source close to Travis opened up to E! News and revealed that Kourtney helped her boyfriend overcome his fears to travel once again.
01:36They told the outlet this has been something that Travis has been working on for some time.
01:42It's something he's wanted to do and to overcome.
01:45Kourtney has been incredibly loving and supportive, and it is through her love, health, and confidence in him that he was able to finally do this.
