00:57This photographer, Robert Barbara, claims that Ari didn't have the right to post the pics because she never asked for permission and didn't pay for them.
01:04As you know, Ari has over 150 million followers and the pic in question quickly scored over 3 million likes.
01:11So, Robert wants a piece of the cake.
01:13As the site claims, he is asking for either the profits she earned from the photo or $25,000 for each pic.
