Justin Bieber's Manager Feared Singer Would Overdose & Die | Hollywoodlife

00:00Scooter Braun revealed he once feared for Justin Bieber's life in a video you have to see.

00:07Plus, Frankie Grande reacts to Mac Miller's passing in an emotional tribute.

00:14Hey guys, it's Ali for Hollywood Life and TMZ reports Mac's body has been transferred back

00:20to his hometown in Pittsburgh in preparation for his funeral with a Jewish service for him

00:25at a chapel later this week. But alright, in regards to the police investigation,

00:28the site is also reporting Mac was dead in his bedroom hours before his body was discovered

00:34and a 911 call was made. Cops are looking for more information about the party at his home the night

00:40he died. On to Ariana's brother, Frankie Grande. He posted a photo of Mac with a lengthy caption

00:46giving his condolences. Frankie started by saying,

00:49I'm beyond heartbroken over Malcolm's death. He was a good friend and was wonderful to my sister.

00:54He was the reason I went to the rehabilitation center where I was detoxed safely from all of

01:00the drugs, alcohol, and medication I was taking when I couldn't imagine living without them.

01:05Frankie goes on to talk about how Malcolm supported him and how he would be sent gifts

01:10and cards of encouragement as he worked to stay sober. Ari's brother then offered support for

01:15those struggling with addiction and provided the numbers for AA, NA, and the Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

01:21But okay, I also spoke to YG at the premiere of the new film, White Boy Rick, and when discussing

01:27his role in the film, he also touched on Mac's passing saying,

01:30It's horrible. Mac Miller took me on one of my first real tours when I was coming up, like 2012.

01:37Just to see somebody like that pass at a young age, like what he meant to the culture,

01:41to the music, it's just so sad. To Justin Bieber, his manager Scooter Braun revealed in a podcast

01:47he thought JB would overdose at one point. There was a time where I would go to sleep almost every

01:53night when he had the money to fly away from me. And I was worried every night that I was going to

01:59lose him. So when you say lose him, you thought? I thought he was going to die. I thought he was

02:02going to go to sleep one night and have so much crap in his system that he would not wake up the

02:06next morning. And there's a lot of times where people give me credit for him changing or people

02:12on my team. And I don't think any of us deserve the credit. I think that he made a conscious choice

02:18for himself to change. Scooter has said in the past he was very worried about Justin's health,

02:23but his new comments really paint a picture of how serious things were getting. On that note,
