01:13Recall TMZ reported the two got a marriage license mid-September in New York City at a courthouse.
01:19But then right after Hales tweeted, I'm not married yet, which was super confusing.
01:23But now TMZ is once again confirming that the two are married, and for some reason lied about it.
01:29The site claims the two got married right after they got their marriage license in New York.
01:33JLA are still planning to have a more formal wedding, but fact is, our original reporting was right.

01:40But alright, the plot thickens because TMZ is also reporting the two got married without a prenup, which I think we also already told you.

01:49The site claims they both actually reached out to lawyers for a prenup, but they weren't able to get one since they got hitched the very same day.
01:56However, JB doesn't see the need to get one since he's so in love with Hailey on Cloud9, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
