Ukraine has reportedly struck another Russian shadow fleet oil tanker in the Black Sea using advanced sea drones. The Comoros-flagged Dashan, already sanctioned by multiple Western countries, was hit while speeding through Ukrainian waters with its transponder off. Ukrainian forces say the vessel suffered critical damage in the attack. With over €50 million in oil onboard, this is a major blow to Russia’s shadow fleet. As Kyiv pushes the Russian Navy further from Crimea, Ukraine’s naval strategy is reshaping the war at sea.
