00:11for a convoy of foreign investors in Melaka last Thursday.
00:18Melaka Police Chief Datuk Tzulkairi Mukhtar said an investigation will be opened under
00:24Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 for the improper use of network facilities
00:32or services. He stressed that while the police welcome public information regarding misconduct,
00:39they will not tolerate slander or false accusations against the force. Datuk Tzulkairi added that he
00:45will personally oversee the investigation and ensure firm action is taken against those who
00:50intentionally defamed the police. Earlier, police clarified that traffic personnel did not
00:56obstruct the ambulance and that the siren heard in the video was from a police escort
01:01accompanying a delegation of investors from China.
