00:23and has even teased some visuals for a new track called Seen Her.

00:27She also spoke about music with Claudia Jordan from Fox Soul

00:31and said that she wants to work with the queen herself, Nicki Minaj.

00:35Chyna said, quote,

00:36I would like to do a song with Nicki. I did a bunch of videos with Nicki.

00:39She shouted me out in a few songs. She's always supported me too.

00:42When I posted my release date, she reposted it on her Instagram.

00:46We've been friends for like so many years.

00:48Recall Chyna was actually Nicki's double in the music video for Monster,

00:51a song she basically stole from Kanye with her incredible verse.

00:54I actually listen to Monster Daily.

00:58Now let's talk about his latest flex one more time.

01:01Laflame didn't just ball out on a new car or some cool jewelry.

01:05He actually invested in some good old real estate.

01:08Travis bought a new home that was originally priced at $42 million,

01:11but got it for a bargain at $23.5 million, which he paid in all cash.

01:17That's insane.

01:18Also, I guess cash back rewards don't really work when it comes to real estate.

01:26It's really crazy.

01:27Trigger warning, it'll probably make you hate your life in a good way.

01:30Anyway, here's a summary of the new resort home.

01:33It has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, three giant floors, and it's on top of a hill with a panoramic view of Los Angeles.

01:40Adding to this, we have some exclusive reporting on Kylie's reaction to Travis's big purchase.

01:44We're hearing the two share a real bond when it comes to real estate,

01:47and Kylie's really happy for him that he was able to get his dream home,

01:50although it is about 45 minutes away from where she lives.

01:53We're also hearing Travis might even ask Kylie to help with some interior decor,

01:57as she has proven she's very good at it herself.

02:00Now, there's no word yet if they plan on selling their joint $13 million mansion.

02:05It doesn't seem like either one's really hurting for cash right now anyway, though.
