00:11But I wanted to ask, and we will first congratulate you on your wedding, how has married life been?
00:16Really exciting. I just came back from a holiday with my husband and we spent a month in Europe, which was really nice.
00:24Yeah, we travel so much, so we're actually apart quite a lot.
00:27So straight after the wedding, we were traveling and back to work.
00:31So it was really nice to have this time and have a holiday and be together.
00:35Absolutely. And when you're traveling during the summer, you're obviously exploring new places, eating, exploring the food, drinking.
00:43What do you do to stay in shape, especially over the summer?
00:46I like to work out consistently, and especially when I'm traveling, I like to get up and just get a good sweat.
00:52I bring my workout equipment with me, and it's like jump rope and ropes and everything you can think of, like Pilates.
01:01I do like a lot of Pilates, but usually I could jump rope because of my cardio and then a lot of small weights and Pilates.
01:08I find Pilates is a great workout for all women.
01:10Absolutely. Well, and so Fashion Week is coming up, and then soon after that, a few months, there's a Victoria's Secret fashion show.
01:17Are you getting excited for that? What do you do to prepare for these kind of long weeks ahead?
01:23I like to prep myself with looking after myself, really.
01:26There's a lot of energy and time that takes over me, but working out consistently and taking my vitamins, eating good food.
01:33Preparing food as well is really important because I'm always on the go.
01:38Yeah, I really feel like just taking care of yourself and having snacks in your bag and water and it prepares you for all that hard work.
01:46Well, and I really love that you and Winnie and Karlie Kloss and Alessandra, you all are friends, and you do things together, and you enjoy your time together.
01:56Why is that so important to not have friends in your industry, but just have a nice crew that you can kind of rely on when it does get really busy and tiring?
02:05I think it's important for all of us girls in the same industry.
02:09We deal with the same issues and problems that may come along with modeling, but it's nice to have a great support system.
02:18Our job's super hard, and it can be an issue when we're not seeing our family and we're traveling a lot, and we just understand each other's job.
02:27It's really nice to have a support system and someone that understands what we do.
02:34It's really nice to have a camaraderie with good women together.
