Disney strikes $1 billion deal with OpenAI to bring Mickey Mouse to Sora AI video tool

00:00Disney is investing $1 billion in OpenAI and will bring its iconic characters to the AI company Sora video generation tool.
00:11The three-year deal makes Disney the first major content licensing partner for Sora,
00:16with fans soon being able to generate videos based on more than 200 Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars characters.
00:24As part of the deal, some user-generated Sora videos will be made available on the Disney Plus streaming service.
