00:00Ever feel like you're completely stuck with no way out?
00:04Well, today's story is about three men who were literally stuck
00:09and how their past actions came to their rescue.
00:14It's a powerful lesson about faith, sincerity, and doing the right thing,
00:20even when no one is watching.
00:22Once upon a time, three men were traveling together.
00:26As night fell, they found a cave to rest in.
00:30But while they were sleeping, a huge boulder rolled down the mountain
00:35and completely blocked the entrance.
00:37They were trapped, pushing with all their might.
00:41They couldn't budge the massive rock.
00:43Panic started to set in.
00:46Then, one of them had an idea.
00:48He said,
00:49The only thing that can save us now is to pray to Allah
00:54and ask for His help by mentioning our most sincere good deeds.
00:59Deeds we did purely for His sake.
01:02They all agreed it was their only hope.
01:05The first man raised his hands and began to pray.
01:09Oh Allah, you know I had elderly parents whom I loved dearly.
01:15I made it a rule to serve them milk every evening
01:18before anyone else in my family, even my own children.
01:22One day, I had to travel far for work and didn't get back until late.
01:28By the time I milked the animals and brought the bowl of milk,
01:33my parents were already asleep.
01:35I didn't want to wake them,
01:39but I also couldn't bear the thought of my children drinking before them.
01:44So I stood there, holding the bowl all night long.
01:48My own children were hungry and crying at my feet,
01:52but I waited patiently until dawn.
01:55When my parents finally woke up, they drank their milk.
02:00Oh Allah!
02:01If I did this action only to please you,
02:05then please, free us from this trouble.
02:08As soon as he finished his prayer,
02:11the giant rock trembled and moved just a little bit,
02:15creating a small crack of light.
02:17It wasn't enough to get out,
02:20but it was a sign.
02:22Their hope was renewed.
02:24Now it was the second man's turn.
02:27He prayed,
02:27Oh Allah!
02:29I had a cousin,
02:30and I loved her more than anyone.
02:33I wanted to be with her,
02:36but she was a righteous woman
02:38and always refused my advances.
02:41A time came when she fell into great hardship
02:44and needed money desperately.
02:46She came to me for help.
02:48I offered her the money,
02:51but on one condition,
02:53that she would be with me.
02:54Out of sheer desperation,
02:57she agreed.
02:58But just as I was about to commit a terrible sin,
03:02she looked at me with tears in her eyes and said,
03:06Fear Allah!
03:07Do not do something that is unlawful!
03:10Her words struck my heart like lightning.
03:13I was filled with fear of Allah.
03:16I immediately got up and walked away,
03:20even though my desire for her was immense.
03:23I told her to keep the money
03:25and asked for nothing in return.
03:28Oh Allah!
03:29If I left that sin purely out of fear for you
03:33and to seek your pleasure,
03:34then please, move this rock.
03:37And just like that,
03:39the rock shifted again.
03:40The opening became bigger,
03:43large enough to see the sky,
03:45but still not big enough to escape.
03:48They were getting closer.
03:50Finally,
03:51the third man stepped forward to make his plea.
03:55Oh Allah!
03:56I once hired a group of workers.
03:59I paid them all their wages,
04:01except for one man who left in a hurry
04:04without collecting his pay.
04:06I felt responsible for his earnings.
04:09So instead of just keeping it,
04:12I invested his money.
04:13The business flourished beyond my wildest dreams.
04:17Years went by,
04:19and that small amount grew into a huge fortune of camels,
04:23cattle, goats, and servants.
04:26One day, the man returned.
04:29He looked tired and poor,
04:31and he said,
04:33Oh servant of Allah,
04:35please give me my wages.
04:37I looked at him and said,
04:39Everything you see before you,
04:41all these herds of animals,
04:44all these servants,
04:45it is all yours.
04:47The man was shocked.
04:48He cried out,
04:50Please, do not mock a poor man.
04:53I assured him,
04:54I swear I am not joking.
04:57This is all the profit from your original wage.
05:00The man overjoyed,
05:02took everything,
05:03and left not a single animal behind.
05:06Oh Allah!
05:07If I did this to protect his rights
05:10and purely to seek your pleasure,
05:13then relieve us of our distress,
05:15as his prayer ended,
05:17a loud rumbling sound echoed through the cave.
05:21The giant rock rolled completely away from the entrance,
05:25revealing the clear path outside.
05:28The three men,
05:29filled with gratitude,
05:31walked out into the sunlight,
05:34free once more.
05:35This incredible story teaches us
05:38that our good deeds are never wasted.
05:40The sincerity behind our actions
05:43is what matters most to Allah.
05:46Whether it's honoring our parents,
05:48showing integrity in our work,
05:51or choosing righteousness over sin,
05:54every good deed is an investment.
05:57In times of hardship,
05:59these are the very deeds
06:01that can become our means of salvation.
06:04So always strive to do good,
06:07purely for the sake of Allah,
06:10and when you find yourself in a tight spot,
06:13turn to Him in prayer.
