00:00Closing today with Elon Musk as the new Twitter owner is facing some backlash from a few celebs.
00:05Late night host Jimmy Kimmel responded to a now deleted tweet from Elon that was shared from a
00:10site that has a history of sharing fake news. The tweet alleged that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's
00:16husband knew his attacker and had a prior relationship with him, referring to the brutal
00:20attack on the Speaker's husband over the weekend. While Jimmy didn't appreciate Elon's tweet and
00:25responded by writing, it has been interesting over the years to watch you blossom from the
00:30electric car guy into a fully formed piece of shit. Elon replied to Jimmy with a crying emoji,
00:37but the celebrity actions didn't stop there as LeBron James responded to a tweet that claimed
00:41since Elon's takeover of Twitter, the use of the N-word has surged on the platform. The NBA player
00:47wrote, I don't know Elon Musk and to be honest, I couldn't care less who owns Twitter, but I will
00:51say if this is true, I hope he and his people take this very seriously because this is scary AF.
