00:00I don't know if you had a chance to say the Kwanee-Trump lunch yesterday.
00:04I've been hearing about it a little bit.
00:05Okay. Well, there was one part where Kwanee says that he supports Donald Trump because of his male energy.
00:10Uh-huh.
00:11Do you think that we need more male energy at this point right now?
00:14No, I don't really think we... I think we have plenty of male energy.
00:17I think female energy is the prescription for the world today.
00:22And women who disagree with people are male energy.
00:25What do you think they can do, other than putting them in terms?
00:28What else can we get out there?
00:29I mean, I think that the ultimate goal is for everybody to be working together.
00:34I think, you know, the perfect mix is both kinds of energy working together.
00:38I think what we need now is for women just to speak out and tell their truth.
00:43I'm so inspired. Every time I go on Twitter, it's a feed full of people telling their truth.
00:47I think that hurts in the short term sometimes.
00:50It can be a little bit uncomfortable, but in the long term, that's what we need.
00:53And what is your reaction to Donald Trump saying that this is a scary term for men?
00:56Can I just circle my face for the camera?
01:01I don't know how to look less impressed with that statement.
01:05It has never not been a scary time for women.
01:08We deal with it very quietly. That's part of what we do.
01:11And I'm glad this conversation is being had.
01:14And I'm glad everyone is saying exactly what they think so we can really discuss what all of that means.
01:18I don't think that hurts the Me Too movement because I think that most Americans can tell the difference between a story and real life.
01:36And so many stories are told every week now in our news cycle, and they change so dramatically.
01:43But we are a very savvy audience, Americans.
01:46We've got a lot of great TV to learn from.
01:48I believe in the power of knowing when it's fiction and when it's truth.
01:52What is women's power of women into and why do we need it right now?
01:54Why is it so crucial?
01:55The power of women is crucial now because it's always been crucial.
01:59I think there's never been a time where women's voices and women's thoughts haven't been important.
02:04I think anything we can do to amplify one another, anything we can do to listen to what people have to say,
02:09we need out-of-the-box ideas, and I think this is a really great place to get some.
02:12The TV shows that I work on are doing little campaigns to encourage people to make sure that they're registered.
02:18It can be fun.
02:19It's quick and easy to vote.
02:21It makes you feel awesome to be an American.
02:23I don't think that's a hard one, and I think it will make a difference.
