00:22The actress confirmed the news in an in-depth interview with Vogue magazine.
00:26Debbie revealed to the magazine that they planned their wedding one year after getting engaged so they got married on New Year's Eve of this year.
00:33Adding to this in the Vogue piece, Debbie seemed to hint at the fact that Cameron Boyce's death changed her perspective on life.
00:40Recall the 20-year-old actor tragically passed away in 2019 in his L.A. home after a seizure which was the result from an ongoing medical condition.
00:49The two were close friends and co-stars on the Disney show Jessie.
00:53Debbie told Vogue, quote,
00:55The time just felt right.
00:56He was excited that Joshua and I were getting married.
00:58And I never doubted that I'd know him through every coming phase of our lives.

01:04When he passed, it really rocked me and put a lot of things in perspective.
