00:18But that tongue is actually getting her into quite a bit of trouble.

00:23TMZ is reporting that a man by the name of Charles says that when he was putting together Miley's giant tongue,
00:30that it actually injured him.
00:32Alright, so just to explain, guys, I'm not talking about the tongue,
00:35I'm talking about the tongue that she slides down in the beginning of her tour.
00:39Now, here's the thing, though.
00:40This man is claiming that when he built the slide part of the construction, that he was badly injured.
00:46What happened, we're not really sure, but he's going after Miley for it, so it's not going to be pretty.
00:51Alright, guys, but Miley's tongue really does get around,
00:54because when she went in to kiss Katy Perry and Katy Perry turned away at one of her concerts,
00:59Katy Perry went on to explain why she didn't want to kiss Miley.

01:07That tongue is infamous.
01:08Well, I kind of got to agree, because she's made out with fans.
01:11The other day, she made out with a Hannah Montana t-shirt.

01:24Anyway, Miley Cyrus went out and took to Twitter to slam Katy Perry and her ex-boyfriend John Mayer
01:29by saying, who knows where John Mayer's tongue has been.

01:34She gets one point.
01:35But here's the thing.
01:36Katy Perry gets two points for making the joke in the first place.
01:40Now, Miley Cyrus better be careful,
01:41because it sounds like her own tongue and her sly tongue is getting her into a lot of trouble.
