00:00Danielle Bregoli has been sentenced to five years probation for a series of

00:04shocking crimes. Hey guys, it's Emily with your most necessary story of the day

00:08and the Cash Me Outside girl is being treated more like an adult in the eyes

00:12of the law. Danielle and her mom headed to court where the 14 year old narrowly

00:16avoided prison by striking a bargain, pleading guilty to two counts of grand

00:20theft, possession of weed and filing a false police report. All these crimes

00:24happened in Florida before she made her now infamous appearance on Dr. Phil.

00:28Cash Me Outside, how about that? Eyewitnesses say the normally tough Danielle

00:33cried several times during her sentencing hearing, especially when her father

00:36addressed the court. Her father is arguing he shouldn't have to make child support

00:40payments now that Cash Me is making so much money from her viral fame. He also

00:45criticized Danielle's mom, saying her celebrity is causing a spiral of

00:48dangerous, antisocial and criminal behavior. Danielle will now have an

00:52extremely strict 5 p.m. curfew. She must regularly report to a probation officer.

00:57She will undergo a mental health evaluation and now must submit to regular

01:01drug tests. Danielle told us in an exclusive interview that these crimes

01:05were, quote, mistakes I've made in the past, not mistakes I plan to make in the future.

01:09She also told the judge, quote, that if I didn't steal and do all this stuff I could

01:13be home right now like a normal person. The problem with probation is it's very

01:17easy to break and that would send the teen straight to prison if her parole

01:21officer doesn't take mercy on her. But it makes me wonder if she's going to keep up her

01:25bad girl image when she has to be indoors every night before supper.
