00:00:30I'm Charles James Hall. I'm the author of the Millennial Hospitality Series.
00:00:45In the series, I attempted to capture my experiences when I was in the Air Force in the middle 1960s.
00:00:54I was born in Wisconsin, and on July 24, 1964, I entered the U.S. Air Force.
00:01:06I was stationed at Lackland, where I did basic training, and then at Chenute Air Force Base, Illinois, for Weather Training School.
00:01:14And in March of 1965, I was sent to Nellis Air Force Base, which is just outside Las Vegas, Nevada.
00:01:26And I was there until the 7th of May, 1967, when I shipped out to Vietnam.
00:01:33I returned from Vietnam in May of 1968.
00:01:38I had less than three months remaining on my term of enlistment,
00:01:42so the Air Force policy was that I was given an honorable discharge and sent home.
00:01:46While I was at Nellis Air Force Base from 1965 until 1967,
00:02:00I spent more than two of those years out on the Nellis Gunnery Ranges as the range weather observer.
00:02:07I discovered that out on those bases, there is, out on the Ranges, there is a base that the Air Force maintains for aliens,
00:02:18and the Air Force maintains the outer perimeter.
00:02:22There is an inner perimeter, which the aliens maintain,
00:02:26and then everything inside the inner perimeter is treated like an alien embassy.
00:02:32Looking up the valley to the north, the base is in the mountains at the far end of the valley.
00:02:41It's probably 40 miles or so up there.
00:02:44There's two mountains up there.
00:02:46The base itself is in the mountain on the east.
00:02:52The alien living area, the living quarters, are underground in the mountains on the west.
00:03:02After I got out of the service in May of 68, I met my wife and married her in May of 69, my wife Marie.
00:03:13And we went to school in California.
00:03:18I have a master's degree in nuclear physics, a bachelor's degree in thermal physics,
00:03:23and over the years, I also received a master's in business administration
00:03:29from Nova Southeastern University at Fort Lauderdale.
00:03:34During the 80s, when computers finally were good enough so that there were word processors,
00:03:42then I began writing my memoirs for my children and grandchildren,
00:03:47and those memoirs became the Millennial Hospitality Series.
00:03:51I found that I wanted to convey to people, especially my children and my grandchildren,
00:03:59how it felt to be the weather observer and to have the aliens come down to where I was
00:04:05and to have to interact with them.
00:04:08Originally, I was part of the rotation pattern.
00:04:18So originally, I was sent up in May of 65 for six weeks.
00:04:23The person who replaced me was compromised, and then I was sent to replace him.
00:04:29And in the course of time, the U.S. generals, the American generals, and the aliens formed a committee
00:04:38and decided that they would pick just one observer, and they picked me, as a committee decision.
00:04:47And that one observer would just be sent all the time and be the range weather observer,
00:04:52win, lose, or draw, no matter what happened.
00:04:55And so, therefore, in late 65 and early 66, after the selection process,
00:05:04I was given top-secret orders.
00:05:07The orders were that I could go anywhere I wanted out in Dreamland.
00:05:12The alien base is actually in Area 54, and the housing area is called Area 53.
00:05:19And Dreamland actually, at least at that time, and I presume it's the same as true today,
00:05:26was Area 53, Area 54, and parts of the Desert Southwest Game Range.
00:05:33When you're physically at Indian Springs and you're looking up the valley,
00:05:37Dreamland includes the mountains on the eastern side of the valley.
00:05:41My orders allowed me to go anywhere I wanted, out in Dreamland, day or night, but I had to do so alone.
00:05:51If I took anyone else out with me, I wouldn't be in any trouble, but the person who was with me might be shot.
00:05:58They would be in serious trouble.
00:06:00When I received my orders, my commanding officer, a major, ordered me into Nellis and to work the day shift on Sunday.
00:06:13On Sunday, the Nellis weather station is otherwise deserted,
00:06:17and the base operations part of the building is also deserted.
00:06:21And then he came in at noon to the Nellis base commander's office,
00:06:27where the Nellis base commander and the number two man had also come in to deliver the orders,
00:06:33which they had received from the Pentagon.
00:06:36And then the MPs escorted the major with my orders in hand over to the weather station.
00:06:44The MPs stayed outside.
00:06:47The major called me in his office, locked all the doors, and read me my orders.
00:06:51The orders began by saying nothing I did would ever be classified that I could tell anyone I wanted
00:07:00or not tell anyone if I didn't want.
00:07:03I could never be inspected.
00:07:05No one could ever come out or ask me questions.
00:07:09They could listen if I felt like talking, but that was it.
00:07:14He and my chain of command could not come out to the weather station
00:07:19if there was an emergency and they needed to talk to me.
00:07:23They could only talk to me in the parking lot of the chow hall at Indian Springs.
00:07:29If they did so, as soon as they returned back to Nellis,
00:07:35as soon as they got back to the front gate,
00:07:38they had to report immediately to the neurosurgeon for debriefing.
00:07:42On the other hand, I could go and come anywhere I wanted.
00:07:47When he said I could go anywhere in dreamland,
00:07:50I thought he meant that I could go to sleep on the job
00:07:52because I didn't know there was a dreamland.
00:07:56And I was thinking, what a job, you know.
00:07:58When he finished, I wanted to make sure that that was okay
00:08:03because, you know, the military, you're not supposed to sleep on duty.
00:08:06And so I said to him, I asked him, I said,
00:08:10will there be a cot or a bunk out at the weather station
00:08:13so that I can, you know, sleep?
00:08:15And he looked a little confused.
00:08:17And he said it was his understanding that dreamland was a place,
00:08:22but that only I would know where that place was.
00:08:25And I thought, you know, he's just trying to be gentle
00:08:28and say, you know, sleep away, you know.
00:08:31And that was the first I'd ever heard tell of dreamland.
00:08:34And in the course of the two-plus years that I spent out on the ranges,
00:08:42the aliens who are tall and white
00:08:44and have family groups with women and children
00:08:47would frequently come down to where I was.
00:08:51As the weather observer, my duties were to go out to the ranges
00:08:55Monday through Friday every day to take the morning run.
00:09:02The morning run was at 4.30 a.m.
00:09:06To do so, you had to get up at 3 o'clock and drive out there at night, rain or shine.
00:09:12And then you had to fill, you had to start, there was a generator out,
00:09:17two generators out there, two diesel generators.
00:09:20You had to start up a generator so that you had some electricity
00:09:22and it would run the fan on the heater and so on and the radio and the lights.
00:09:28And then you had to fill up a weather balloon with helium,
00:09:32attach a light and release it.
00:09:34The children found that very entertaining.
00:09:37It was a pretty balloon with pretty lights.
00:09:39And so the mothers liked to bring the children down
00:09:42to look through my theatolite as I was tracking the balloon.
00:09:45About half of the time they came so the kids could play.
00:09:50When I first encountered the aliens, I was terrified
00:09:56because they're not human, even though they look reasonably human.
00:10:00It probably took me more than six months to get over the terror
00:10:04that I felt when they came, even though they had not come to harm me.
00:10:10It's just that being out there at night in the desert
00:10:13and, say, hearing people walking behind your weather shack
00:10:16when you think you're alone, even if they were priests, you'd be afraid, you know.
00:10:21But when you discover that they're not human, well, you know, this was the 60s.
00:10:26There was just, you know, it took a long time to get used to it.
00:10:31There was no briefing.
00:10:33The Air Force never said, this is the situation.
00:10:36The aliens never came and said, this is the situation.
00:10:41They never came to teach me anything.
00:10:44They came when they wanted.
00:10:45They left when they wanted.
00:10:47And, therefore, it took me a long time to get used to it.
00:10:51Everything I know about the aliens, I had to figure out myself,
00:10:55or occasionally they would answer questions, but not very many
00:10:59because they came for their purposes,
00:11:02and when they'd finished their purposes, they left.
00:11:04They were really quite friendly, but each one of them was an individual.
00:11:11Interacting with them is sort of like interacting with the people in New York City.
00:11:16There are saints and there are sinners.
00:11:18You know, there are people of all different walks of life
00:11:21and all different viewpoints.
00:11:23And so, you know, I had some that were close friends,
00:11:26or almost like brothers, like Tour Guide,
00:11:29whose life I was credited with saving,
00:11:31and the teacher who credited me with saving her daughter's life.
00:11:36And, on the other hand, there were some, like one of the alien generals,
00:11:40that, golly, I'm still afraid of him, you know.
00:11:43I mean, if you met him, if he said, stand there, you stood there.
00:11:47You know, there was no backtalking.
00:11:49The alien doctor who was the doctor that did the medical work on Tour Guide,
00:12:02their CIA names, he was just a nice guy, you know.
00:12:05He was the kind of guy that might come up and hug you if you let him.
00:12:08I never did.
00:12:08It freaked me out.
00:12:09But, they just came in all different, you know,
00:12:13you had to deal with each one of them as individuals.
00:12:18It took a while to get used to that.
00:12:20And, it became a process of getting to know each one
00:12:24to the extent that they were, you dealt with them like people.
00:12:33Base that they have up in Area 54,
00:12:35they use that base the same way that the U.S. Air Force
00:12:41or the U.S. Navy uses bases, uses their bases,
00:12:46the way the Navy would use a base in the Philippines
00:12:49or on an island in the Pacific.
00:12:52At the base, at the alien base,
00:12:56the tall, white, deep spacecraft arrive and leave on schedule.
00:13:02And, they arrive typically at sundown on the night of the full moon
00:13:09because they're gravity powered.
00:13:12They are typically at the base for two weeks
00:13:16and then they leave at midnight on the night of the new moon
00:13:21because they're gravity powered,
00:13:24presuming everything is going well.
00:13:26During those two weeks, the spacecraft is refueled and repaired
00:13:30and the people on board get off and stretch their legs.
00:13:33So, at the base, there's a more or less permanent contingent
00:13:37of tall, whites who are experienced in dealing with humans
00:13:40and typically who know English.
00:13:43And, on the other hand, every two weeks,
00:13:46you know, every time a deep spacecraft arrives,
00:13:48there's a contingent of new arrivals,
00:13:51many of whom have never seen humans before.
00:13:54And, while the spacecraft is being repaired and refurbished,
00:13:58then the experienced troops, the experienced tall, whites,
00:14:02typically take those new arrivals who are brave enough,
00:14:06take them out and show them the town.
00:14:07You take them out and show them what humans are like.
00:14:10And, of course, me running my weather station,
00:14:13I'm the test human, you know.
00:14:14And, so, it was common every time there was a new moon for,
00:14:19you know, after the new arrivals had rested up,
00:14:21for them to, for the experienced,
00:14:24for an experienced guard to bring around a group of new arrivals.
00:14:28The number of new arrivals could be anywhere from 2 or 3 to 20,
00:14:32depending on how many were brave enough
00:14:34to come watch Gorilla Charlie in the sagebrush.
00:14:38And, so, while the spacecraft is being repaired.
00:14:42They also had a technology exchange program with the U.S. Air Force
00:14:47in which, in which those technologies
00:14:51which they were willing to share with the Air Force,
00:14:54they would work on joint projects with the U.S. Air Force.
00:14:58They were only willing to share technology
00:15:00to the extent that it benefited them.
00:15:03For example, when the spacecraft was in port,
00:15:08they might need spare parts.
00:15:10Those spare parts might include radio equipment.
00:15:13Well, it was easier for them
00:15:15if they could just call up the U.S. Air Force and say,
00:15:17could we buy a new radio, you see.
00:15:20So, it was very, so it was, and on the other hand,
00:15:23the Air Force and the Army can always use better radios, you see.
00:15:26And, so, it was common for them,
00:15:28so one area where they were obviously doing technology transfer
00:15:32was in the area of radio communications
00:15:34so that we could build radios that they could use,
00:15:37and in return we knew how to build better radios.
00:15:41Some technologies, like the secret to how they're,
00:15:44the secret to how they're, how they traveled faster than light,
00:15:49they were not willing to share.
00:15:51The idea of us having our own spacecraft traveling faster than the speed of light
00:15:57with nuclear weapons on board heading for their home planet,
00:16:00they didn't see where that was in their interest.
00:16:03And so, when I say they were doing technology transfer with the Air Force,
00:16:08that was a negotiation where both sides mutually agreed
00:16:12that it was in their interest to do so.
00:16:15The tall whites live probably ten times longer than we do.
00:16:20They live almost 700 years.
00:16:23And, and their spacecraft clearly travel faster than the speed of light.
00:16:35They, they look, they're humanoid.
00:16:37Their skin is as white as a piece of paper.
00:16:39Throughout much of their adult life,
00:16:42they're the same height that I am,
00:16:445'11", 6' tall.
00:16:47They have, they have large eyes.
00:16:52Their eyes are perhaps twice as large as ours.
00:16:55They're typically blue,
00:16:56and then it's the blue, blue eyes with white pupils.
00:17:00Although when they, when they get older,
00:17:03especially the men,
00:17:04their eyes take on a pink shade.
00:17:06Their eyes stretch further around the sides of their head than human eyes do.
00:17:12And, and, and, and, and their, their ears and their nose,
00:17:17noses are only about half the size of human ears and noses.
00:17:22And their ears lay back along the side of their head more than a human does.
00:17:27They have, their lips are not as prominent as humans,
00:17:30and they don't have teeth.
00:17:32They just have ridges because they're plant eaters.
00:17:36They don't eat meat.
00:17:37They have much less hair than we do.
00:17:40They don't have any hair on their arms.
00:17:42And on their, and the men don't have beards.
00:17:46On their head, they have, the hair is,
00:17:48they have only about half as much hair as humans.
00:17:51And their hair is so thin and transparent
00:17:55that they appear to be platinum blonde, okay?
00:18:00Or sometimes, when they keep their hair cut short,
00:18:03sometimes they don't appear to have hair because it's so thin.
00:18:07They, they, they, they're, they're, they're much frail,
00:18:13they're, they're built,
00:18:14their, their body structure is more frail than ours.
00:18:16The alien whose CIA name was Range 4 Harry, for example,
00:18:23one time I saw him walking in the soft dirt
00:18:26over on the southwest side of the Range 3 lounge.
00:18:30And after he had left,
00:18:32I went over and measured the depths of the footprints he left.
00:18:36And from those, I estimated that he only weighed
00:18:39between 90 and 110 pounds,
00:18:43even though he was the same height as I am.
00:18:45Their arms, their bones are only about half as big as ours.
00:18:49Their thumbs are only about half as long,
00:18:52but their fingers are longer in proportion to their hand than ours.
00:18:56And they're way more flexible.
00:18:58It, it, it, but it also means that they're not built for heavy lifting.
00:19:02We're built like gorillas compared to them, you see.
00:19:07They have men, women, and children.
00:19:09And if the men and women are standing side by side
00:19:14and not walking or moving,
00:19:17it's frequently not possible to tell which one is the man
00:19:21and which one is the woman,
00:19:23especially for the young adults.
00:19:25When they get older, then, then there are obvious differences,
00:19:29but in the facial structure and the bones and stuff.
00:19:32But especially for the young adults,
00:19:35it's entirely possible for two of them to be standing side by side.
00:19:39And if they're not moving,
00:19:40to be not sure if you're talking to men or women.
00:19:44Once they start moving, though,
00:19:45then it's very obvious which ones are the men
00:19:47and which ones are the women.
00:19:49Because the men are more like human men.
00:19:51When they walk, they kind of go pound, pound, pound.
00:19:54Whereas the women are much lighter on their feet
00:19:57and much more animated.
00:20:01The women are much more, like human women,
00:20:04much more willing to talk than the men.
00:20:07It wouldn't be at all unusual for, say,
00:20:09four young men to come around
00:20:11and not have any reason to say anything
00:20:13and not say anything.
00:20:14To just come around and not say hello,
00:20:17not say goodbye, not say anything in between,
00:20:19and just stand and look at you.
00:20:21Whereas the women, if they came,
00:20:23usually the women would say something,
00:20:25like typically,
00:20:27is it okay if the children play
00:20:29while you release the balloon?
00:20:31Or usually if you ask the women something,
00:20:34they would have some questions
00:20:36or at least some conversation.
00:20:41But they never came just,
00:20:43the tall whites never came just to talk with me.
00:20:46If they were talking with me,
00:20:48it was always as part of the reason they came.
00:20:51The women were very proud of the fact
00:20:56that they loved their children.
00:20:59The men were too,
00:21:00but the women were immensely proud of it.
00:21:02If a tall white lady came
00:21:04and she had children with her,
00:21:08a very common way for her to start the conversation
00:21:11would be for her to ask me,
00:21:14using English, which she had learned,
00:21:16do I understand that they love their children
00:21:21more than human women love their children?
00:21:24Or in other words,
00:21:26I want to make sure my children are safe, you see?
00:21:29And of course, when I said,
00:21:30yes, I understand that,
00:21:31then they would noticeably relax and feel happier.
00:21:35If a tall white lady came with children
00:21:38and she didn't say anything,
00:21:41a common way for me to start the conversation
00:21:43would be for me to say,
00:21:45I understand that you love your children more
00:21:48than human women love their children.
00:21:51And then she'd relax and feel better.
00:21:54In many ways,
00:21:55the tall white women were like female gorillas.
00:21:58You could consider the children to be untouchable, okay?
00:22:08If you touch the children,
00:22:09the mother might kill you,
00:22:11no matter how pleasant she seemed,
00:22:13no matter how close the child came.
00:22:16So, for example,
00:22:17and I speak from direct experience,
00:22:19if I was standing by my theadolite
00:22:21and the child wanted to look through the theadolite
00:22:24and the child was right there,
00:22:26then there's no way in the world
00:22:28that it would be suicide
00:22:29for me to reach over and touch the child.
00:22:32That will upset the mother, you know.
00:22:35And, for example, on one evening,
00:22:41this tall white lady came
00:22:44who I had seen a few times before,
00:22:48but she wasn't a regular,
00:22:50and she brought three children with her.
00:22:53And she was somewhat older
00:22:55than the typical young adult
00:22:56and, therefore, somewhat taller.
00:22:59She was 6'1", 6'2".
00:23:01And following the usual so-called protocol,
00:23:05she had come down the bunker road
00:23:07with her three children
00:23:08in an obvious manner
00:23:09to let me get used to the idea
00:23:11that she was coming with her kids.
00:23:13And then when she got to the end of the bunker road
00:23:15where the range boards were,
00:23:16she began approaching me directly.
00:23:18I was halfway across the square.
00:23:22And as she got closer,
00:23:24oh, perhaps 20 feet, 15 feet,
00:23:28even though I'd gotten over my fear
00:23:30of the tall whites,
00:23:32you know, because you had to treat
00:23:34each one as an individual,
00:23:36I found it a little intimidating
00:23:39that she was coming that close.
00:23:40And so I backed away from my theadolite
00:23:43towards the generator shack.
00:23:45And she said,
00:23:46is it okay if the children
00:23:47look in my weather shack
00:23:49while I took my report?
00:23:51And I said, yes.
00:23:52And so I backed away
00:23:54to the generator shack
00:23:55and stood with my back
00:23:57to the wall of the generator shack
00:23:58and left her standing
00:24:00just to the northeast
00:24:01of my theadolite
00:24:02and, you know, said,
00:24:04take all the time you want.
00:24:06And so then the three children
00:24:07went into my weather shack,
00:24:08like kids do,
00:24:09and they didn't touch anything
00:24:10or move anything,
00:24:11but they were just looking around
00:24:12out of curiosity.
00:24:14And at the time,
00:24:16as she stood there,
00:24:17she was looking at her children
00:24:18who were in the shack.
00:24:20Now, I'm not sure
00:24:21they were all her children.
00:24:22Usually when the tall white lady
00:24:25came with three children,
00:24:26the typical contingent,
00:24:28one would be hers
00:24:29and two would be the children
00:24:30of someone else.
00:24:31Typically she'd be babysitting two kids
00:24:33and bringing one of her own.
00:24:35And so she was watching the children.
00:24:37I became concerned
00:24:39because I had a can of Coca-Cola,
00:24:42which was in a metal can,
00:24:44sitting on one of the shelves.
00:24:46Now, the tall whites wore suits
00:24:48when they came at night
00:24:50that put out a zone of fluorescent light
00:24:53and radioactive particles.
00:24:56The suits protected them from things,
00:24:59like if you threw a rock at them,
00:25:00the rock wouldn't hit them.
00:25:02It would get to that zone
00:25:03and fall to the ground.
00:25:04It also allowed them to levitate,
00:25:06especially the children.
00:25:09But they had to balance themselves
00:25:10when they did so.
00:25:12So the children might use the suits
00:25:14to levitate.
00:25:15The adults usually didn't levitate very much,
00:25:18nine inches or so,
00:25:19but it worked like an elevator,
00:25:21as I'll describe later.
00:25:22And I became concerned
00:25:24that since the children
00:25:25had their suits on,
00:25:27usually the kids turned off
00:25:28the power to their suits
00:25:29when they went in my shack.
00:25:30And I became afraid
00:25:33that they would get next
00:25:34to that can of Coca-Cola
00:25:35and might be in some danger,
00:25:38in which case I might be blamed.
00:25:40It would have been suicide
00:25:43for me to go over
00:25:44to my weather shack
00:25:45and speak to the children.
00:25:47The mother might well have killed me
00:25:48if I'd done that.
00:25:49There's no way in the world
00:25:50you could go over there
00:25:51and say,
00:25:52children, don't do this,
00:25:53children, don't do that.
00:25:54You're just taking your life
00:25:55and your hands to try that.
00:25:57You have to talk to the mother,
00:25:59you know,
00:26:00and that's how the tall whites are.
00:26:03And on the other hand,
00:26:04she wasn't looking at me at the time.
00:26:06And so what I did is
00:26:07I took two steps forward
00:26:09and stopped
00:26:10and stood there
00:26:11with my hands at my side
00:26:13and my feet, you know,
00:26:14not moving
00:26:15and waited for her to see me.
00:26:17And of course,
00:26:17when I took two steps forward
00:26:19and stopped,
00:26:20then she looked over
00:26:21where I was immediately.
00:26:22And then when I had her attention,
00:26:24I said,
00:26:25I'm worried about
00:26:26the safety of the children.
00:26:28I have a can of soda pop,
00:26:29of Coca-Cola there
00:26:30in that can.
00:26:31And I'm worried
00:26:32that the children
00:26:33might be in some danger
00:26:34if they get too close to it.
00:26:36And the mother said,
00:26:37I'll handle it.
00:26:39And then the mother
00:26:40obviously communicated
00:26:41with the children.
00:26:43And the children
00:26:43were very well behaved
00:26:44and they stayed away
00:26:45from my can of soda pop.
00:26:47The children never disobeyed
00:26:49their parents
00:26:49that I ever saw.
00:26:50And the parents
00:26:51would do anything
00:26:52for their children.
00:26:53So when they traveled
00:26:54in family groups,
00:26:55they were very tightly knit.
00:26:58When the women came around,
00:27:00they never came around alone.
00:27:02None of the tall whites
00:27:03ever came around alone.
00:27:04They always came around
00:27:05in groups
00:27:06and the adults
00:27:06were always well armed.
00:27:09But it was common
00:27:09for the women
00:27:10to be very proud
00:27:11of their family relationships.
00:27:13The men were too,
00:27:15but it was just more common
00:27:16for the women
00:27:17for the women
00:27:17to describe it.
00:27:19So it was very common
00:27:20if a group of them
00:27:23came around,
00:27:24for the lady
00:27:25to say things like,
00:27:28the guard on the tower
00:27:29is my mother's brother's son.
00:27:32And just identify
00:27:35who all their friends were,
00:27:38who they were related to
00:27:40and who they weren't
00:27:41related to.
00:27:43And far more so
00:27:46than what humans would do.
00:27:50So they did more
00:27:52than just travel
00:27:52in family groups.
00:27:54They appeared to maintain
00:27:55very tightly knit
00:27:56family relationships.
00:27:57The tall whites
00:28:05live approximately
00:28:08ten times longer
00:28:09than humans live.
00:28:11And they don't age
00:28:14the way we do.
00:28:16When they get,
00:28:16throughout most
00:28:17of their adult life,
00:28:19as I said,
00:28:20they're about our height,
00:28:21five ten,
00:28:23five eleven,
00:28:23six feet.
00:28:25But then when they get
00:28:26equivalent in age
00:28:27to a human
00:28:28who's perhaps
00:28:29thirty-nine or forty years old,
00:28:31and for them
00:28:32that's perhaps
00:28:32four hundred years old,
00:28:34then they start
00:28:35growing again.
00:28:37And, and, and,
00:28:39as, instead of getting,
00:28:41instead of aging

00:28:43as they grow older,
00:28:45they go through
00:28:46several more
00:28:47growth periods.
00:28:49This is not necessarily
00:28:50good for them
00:28:51because only their bones
00:28:53and muscles grow.
00:28:55Their internal organs
00:28:56don't grow in people
00:28:57proportion.
00:28:58Pretty soon
00:28:59they get very tall,
00:29:00eight, eight and a half
00:29:02feet tall,
00:29:03but their organs
00:29:04aren't able to
00:29:05support their body.
00:29:06So as they get taller
00:29:07they become more
00:29:08fragile.
00:29:10Eventually,
00:29:10after six or seven
00:29:11hundred years,
00:29:12or in there somewhere,
00:29:14there comes a growth
00:29:15phase where they begin
00:29:16growing again
00:29:17and their organs
00:29:18can't support it,
00:29:19in which case
00:29:20they die.
00:29:21Usually,
00:29:22usually by the time
00:29:23they get to be
00:29:24eight feet tall
00:29:25they're fragile
00:29:26and usually
00:29:28aliens that tall
00:29:30are accompanied
00:29:31by younger adults
00:29:32to study them.
00:29:36Living longer
00:29:37does have some
00:29:38drawbacks.
00:29:39For one thing,
00:29:40their bodies
00:29:41do not heal
00:29:42as quickly as ours.
00:29:44If they break a leg
00:29:45and they're very fragile
00:29:46so they break easy,
00:29:49it may take
00:29:50their bones
00:29:51five earth years
00:29:53to heal.
00:29:55Whereas,
00:29:55as you know,
00:29:56a young person
00:29:56when I was young
00:29:57if I broke a leg
00:29:59could heal up
00:30:00in, I don't know,
00:30:01a few weeks or so.
00:30:02I'm not a medical doctor
00:30:04but would heal up
00:30:05much faster.
00:30:06Cuts and scratches,
00:30:07for example,
00:30:08when I was young
00:30:10one time,
00:30:11for example,
00:30:12and I was out
00:30:13in the ranges,
00:30:14one day I scratched
00:30:15myself
00:30:15in a very
00:30:17ordinary fashion
00:30:18in the morning.
00:30:20By the afternoon
00:30:21it had already
00:30:22healed up nicely
00:30:22and by the next day
00:30:23I had almost
00:30:24forgotten about it.
00:30:25The next day
00:30:26a group of
00:30:27tall whites
00:30:28came around
00:30:29with the experienced
00:30:30tall white
00:30:31and some young arrivals
00:30:32and they were
00:30:33very impressed
00:30:35that my body
00:30:35had already healed.

00:30:37that would have
00:30:38taken several weeks
00:30:39to have healed up
00:30:41like that.
00:30:42Also,
00:30:44although they're
00:30:45considered to be
00:30:46more intelligent
00:30:47than we are
00:30:47because their nervous
00:30:49system runs
00:30:50two or three times
00:30:51faster than ours
00:30:52does,
00:30:54it does have
00:30:55some drawbacks.
00:30:57They tend to,
00:30:57when they're doing
00:30:58something,
00:30:59they tend to focus
00:31:00in on it
00:31:01more carefully
00:31:02than a human would
00:31:03and they're therefore
00:31:05very easy to surprise
00:31:06when they're engaged

00:31:13of tall whites
00:31:13came around

00:31:15experienced guard

00:31:55wouldn't have done
00:31:56it that way.
00:31:57They would have
00:31:57just eaten
00:31:58and concentrated
00:31:59on eating
00:32:00or they would have
00:32:01just taken the readings
00:32:02and concentrated
00:32:03on the readings
00:32:03or sang their song
00:32:06and concentrated

00:32:10And so they appreciated

00:32:13one of the first agreements

01:08:17I never observed them traveling to another dimension.
01:08:21I never saw, I mean, they're not angels,
01:08:23they're just creatures like us.
01:08:25I'm very religious, I'm Roman Catholic,
01:08:28that angels are angels and aliens are aliens.
01:08:32They did not come to teach me anything.
01:08:38They came for their purposes.
01:08:40They didn't, currently it seems to me
01:08:43that American physics is kind of in the reverse Galileo position.
01:08:50In the time of Galileo,
01:08:52religious leaders required that scientists think inside the box,
01:08:56and scientists like Galileo wanted to experiment
01:09:00and think outside the box.
01:09:02Now, however, the situation appears to be reversed.
01:09:06American physicists seem to think that Einstein
01:09:08was always and forever perfect and complete,
01:09:12and so American scientists keep thinking inside the box.
01:09:15In Hall photon theory,
01:09:17my belief is that inside the photon,
01:09:19there is a third field,
01:09:22which, but currently the box says there's only two fields.
01:09:27Most scientists won't consider it.
01:09:29They're insisting on thinking inside the box
01:09:31for religious reasons,
01:09:34pretending it's science, you see.
01:09:36As I describe in the appendix of Book 3,
01:09:38I show in a scientific manner
01:09:40how scientists should be approaching that.
01:09:42Currently, it's the religious leaders
01:09:45who are willing to consider
01:09:46guys like Monsignor Balducci, I believe, and so on,
01:09:52who are willing to think outside the box
01:09:54and say, of course,
01:09:55there can be intelligent life on other planets.
01:09:58One of the biggest shocks that I had to overcome
01:10:00in 1965 and 66
01:10:02was once I realized that they were real,
01:10:06they were here,
01:10:07and that Einstein was wrong,
01:10:08and that God created life on many,
01:10:11similar to us,
01:10:12on a whole bunch of different planets.
01:10:14It was the shock of realizing
01:10:16that so many people
01:10:17had been so wrong for so long, you know?
01:10:21I mean, once you saw their craft come in
01:10:23defeated, floating on the gravity field
01:10:25in perfect silence and landing,
01:10:27it was the shock of saying,
01:10:29it was the shock of saying,
01:10:31how could so many American scientists
01:10:32not have discovered that
01:10:34or not even be trying to discover it,
01:10:36not even be thinking about that?
01:10:40And likewise, from a religious point of view,
01:10:42it seems the teacher herself,
01:10:45one time on a different night
01:10:46when I went over there
01:10:47and I was talking to her
01:10:48and she was willing to answer a few questions,
01:10:52she was teasing me
01:10:54because they have a dry sense of humor
01:10:56and they liked to outthink me
01:10:58and they could do so very quickly
01:10:59or very easily.
01:11:01And she said,
01:11:02and I was saying,
01:11:06she was making a long story short,
01:11:09she was pointing up to the stars in the sky
01:11:11and she said,
01:11:13you can see all the stars in the sky,
01:11:15surely you didn't think you were alone.
01:11:17And at the time, I had.
01:11:18And then they were all laughing, you know.
01:11:22You know, surely you didn't think
01:11:23that whatever life was on the earth
01:11:25wouldn't be repeated on the other stars,
01:11:27you know, and I had.
01:11:28And then they were all laughing,
01:11:29boy, is he silly, you know.
01:11:31And it just seems so obvious to me
01:11:33when you go out at night
01:11:34and you look up at the stars in the sky,
01:11:36that however life,
01:11:37whatever God did to make life here on earth,
01:11:41he must have done it again
01:11:42because there are so many stars in the universe
01:11:44and it's so vast.
01:11:46And religious leaders
01:11:48are willing to think outside the box.
01:11:51Whereas now when I go
01:11:52and I talk to the scientists and stuff,
01:11:56they all start with this box called Einstein.
01:11:59Einstein himself never claimed
01:12:00to be perfect and complete,
01:12:02but all of his followers
01:12:03seemed to claim that he was perfect and complete.
01:12:06And I think that's one of my observations
01:12:08is that box they're in.
01:12:14Well, remember when the teacher said
01:12:26that on other planets,
01:12:27the intelligent beings typically killed off the animals,
01:12:30she was referring to other planets
01:12:32they had seen with intelligent life on them,
01:12:35but she didn't elaborate.
01:12:37And the reason is because when they came,
01:12:39they came for their purposes.
01:12:41They didn't come to say,
01:12:43let me tell Charlie
01:12:44everything there is to know about the universe.
01:12:46They didn't care.
01:12:47If they didn't have anything to say,
01:12:49some nights they might just come
01:12:50and not say anything.
01:12:52The kids might play
01:12:53and they might leave, you know.
01:12:54Especially the men.
01:12:55If they didn't have,
01:12:56if there was no reason for them
01:12:57to actually come and talk,
01:12:59to actually talk when they were close.
01:13:01Like that night
01:13:02when there were the three electrical engineers there.
01:13:04They wanted to see me start up the electrical generator
01:13:08because that's the same kind of power source
01:13:10the U.S. Air Force had given them
01:13:11for use up on their hangar
01:13:13because it was built by the Air Force.
01:13:15And they wanted to see how I used it
01:13:17as part of their training program, see.
01:13:20Well, from their point of view,
01:13:22there's no reason to talk to me about it.
01:13:24They just want to see me do it.
01:13:25So they came and just stood there and watched.
01:13:26And then, you know,
01:13:28eventually Charlie's bright enough
01:13:29to figure out
01:13:30that I should just carry on with my duties.
01:13:32And, you know,
01:13:33and they would just stand and watch.
01:13:35And then, you know,
01:13:38if there had been a reason for them to say,
01:13:40what does this do?
01:13:41Then they would have said,
01:13:42what does that do?
01:13:43But they didn't come and say,
01:13:46oh, let me tell you about this star
01:13:48or let me tell you about that star
01:13:49or anything like that.
01:13:56One of the things I had to do
01:13:59is put aside the baggage of Hollywood.
01:14:01We all know how Hollywood thinks
01:14:03things are supposed to go.
01:14:05According to Hollywood,
01:14:06when aliens come,
01:14:07there's supposed to be lights in the sky
01:14:09and they're supposed to be pretty colored
01:14:11and move fast and have clever formations.
01:14:14And then they're supposed to land over there
01:14:16and somebody's supposed to come out
01:14:17and do weird things.
01:14:20I really wasn't ready in the 60s
01:14:22for the idea that I would just walk around
01:14:24the corner of one of my weather shack
01:14:26and there would be a man standing there
01:14:28the day I did at range one
01:14:30and he wasn't human
01:14:32and he was just standing there looking at me
01:14:34and what he was doing
01:14:34is guarding the play area
01:14:36where the teacher and the children were playing
01:14:37and you hadn't seen the craft,
01:14:39you hadn't seen the scout craft,
01:14:41you hadn't seen him come,
01:14:42you hadn't seen him leave.
01:14:44There was no reason for him to say anything
01:14:45because there's no reason for you
01:14:47to know what he's doing there.
01:14:48He's just guarding the entrance
01:14:49to where the kids and the teacher
01:14:51are playing on that day.
01:14:53And if you feel like standing there
01:14:55and looking at him,
01:14:56well, that's fine with him.
01:14:57If you feel like running away,
01:14:59that's fine with him
01:14:59because he's not human,
01:15:01he sees it differently.
01:15:03And it took me...
01:15:05You know, he's not human,
01:15:08he sees it differently.
01:15:09And it took me a very long time,
01:15:13several weeks,
01:15:14to get used to the idea
01:15:15that they are that way
01:15:18because they like themselves being that way
01:15:21and that's different
01:15:22than the way Hollywood
01:15:23would have us think they were.
01:15:25And, of course,
01:15:26one of the biggest shocks
01:15:27is they were so similar to us
01:15:29in so many ways.
01:15:30They love their children,
01:15:32they have a dry sense of humor,
01:15:33they love to tell jokes and laugh,
01:15:35and they get bored out of their gourd
01:15:37up in the base.
01:15:39One of the common things
01:15:46to talk about
01:15:47with the young tall white women
01:15:49was fashions.
01:15:52The Air Force provided them
01:15:54with clothes
01:15:55straight out of the Sears catalog.
01:15:57One of the jokes
01:15:57the teacher used to make
01:15:59about the Air Force generals
01:16:00is up on their base
01:16:03in their commissary,
01:16:04there were some clothes
01:16:05that the generals had picked
01:16:07that they could choose from.
01:16:08And, of course,
01:16:09the teacher used to say,
01:16:10well, all the American generals
01:16:12are all old men,
01:16:14so naturally
01:16:15they have no fashion sense, right?
01:16:17You know?
01:16:18And she used to laugh
01:16:20about the fashions
01:16:21that the generals thought
01:16:22they should wear, you see?
01:16:24And one of the things
01:16:25that she and the other
01:16:26young tall white women
01:16:27wanted to do
01:16:28was to go into town
01:16:29and buy pretty clothes.
01:16:31And, of course,
01:16:32we don't think of aliens that way,
01:16:33but in my weather shack
01:16:35I used to have
01:16:36a Sears catalog,
01:16:37a Montgomery Wards catalog,
01:16:38a J.P. Penney's catalog.
01:16:40We had outdoor plumbing,
01:16:41and so I had several copies
01:16:43of the catalogs
01:16:43for several reasons.
01:16:45And one of the things
01:16:46that the young tall white women
01:16:49used to like to do
01:16:50is to come through
01:16:51and look through my catalogs.
01:16:52And what they'd be looking at
01:16:54are women's clothes.
01:16:55Sometimes when you'd see them
01:16:56out in the desert,
01:16:58especially on the morning,
01:17:00what they'd be wearing
01:17:01were clearly clothes
01:17:02straight out of the Sears catalog
01:17:04or the Montgomery Wards catalog.
01:17:06And they were as proud
01:17:09of the new clothes
01:17:09as any Earth woman would be.
01:17:12And the teacher
01:17:13was very proud
01:17:13of her ability
01:17:15to dress up
01:17:15and look like a nurse.
01:17:17And it took me
01:17:19a long time
01:17:19to get over the baggage

01:17:21because every time
01:17:22you look at a Hollywood movie,
01:17:24aliens are supposed
01:17:25to be weird and different.
01:17:27It was such a shock

01:17:36and proudly show it off
01:17:38and say,
