00:29has reached the Indore High Court.
00:31Nikita, a Sindhi woman from Karachi,
00:34has accused her Pakistani origin husband, Vicky Nagdev,
00:38currently living in Indore on a long-term visa
00:40of abandoning her, overstaying illegally
00:42and preparing to remarry without divorcing her.
00:46Nikita claims they married in January 2020
00:48and soon after, Vicky took her to the Atari border
00:51during the COVID period and left her there,
00:53promising to call her back, but never did.
00:56She says Vicky blocked her, ignored all communication
00:59and has now violated visa rules
01:01while running a business in India.
01:03She has appealed to the PMO
01:04and now moved the Indore High Court.
01:06Vicky, however, denies all allegations.
01:10He says he is living legally in India,
01:12accuses Nikita of blackmail
01:13and claims she repeatedly changed her demands
01:16during panchayat mediations.
01:18The High Court will now examine both sides' claims
01:21to determine the facts
01:22and decide the next course of action.
