Welcome to the challenge of 10 to 100 Push-Ups in 10 Days. Join me on my journey to master the push-up! I am starting a unique 10-day push-up challenge where I increase my volume by 10 reps every single day. My goal is to go from 10 reps on Day 1 to 100 push-ups by Day 10. The Challenge Rules: I am not doing them all at once! I am adding one "set" of 10 reps every day. Day 1: 1 set of 10 (10 Total) Day 2: 2 sets of 10 (20 Total) Day 5: 5 sets of 10 (50 Total) Day 10: 10 sets of 10 (100 Push-ups Total) This progression helps build strength without burning out.
