‘This is absurd’: man shocked after council constructs disabled bay around car

A man in South London has been left shocked after a local council allegedly constructed a disabled bay around his parked vehicle on November 17, 2025. The man said he was slammed with four fines, however, the council apologised for the confusion and confirmed they cancelled all of the fines prior to the story being shared on social media.
