00:00It's outrageous to investigate lawyers and their communications and say that there's no privilege because they teach you this in law school.
00:12You have to think about, from a jurisprudence perspective, what if the tables were turned?
00:16So they tell you to think about this from the veil of ignorance, and how would you feel about this if the parties were flipped or the facts were flipped?
00:24So the piercing of privilege is hugely problematic.
00:29And that's another sacred thing in our culture that there's almost never an excuse to pierce a lawyer's privilege.
00:38And yet we've seen this Department of Justice and the prior hands go after many lawyers, go after their communications with their clients.
00:47And my law firm represented the former president and his campaign.
00:52And my law firm's name, the Dillon Law Group, is repeatedly mentioned in the Arctic Frost disclosures as a target of these communications.
01:04And that's an issue that we have a law firm.
01:05This is an issue that we will find in the U.S. of Yenotah Festival, which is ideal for us to stop today.
