Dr. Hassan-James Abbas was indicted on Dec. 3 on six felony charges, including abduction, tampering with evidence and unlawful distribution of an abortion-inducing drug. According to the State Medical Board of Ohio, he allegedly attempted to give his girlfriend abortion pills while she was asleep.
