Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese welcomed a world-first social media ban for children younger than 16 as it took effect on Wednesday.In the UK ministers will be keeping a “close eye” on Australia’s social media ban for under-16s, Lisa Nandy said as the Government unveiled its 10-year national youth plan to tackle isolation online.
