00:38important alliance today and in the future. So it's a program that President Trump and
00:44his advisors put together. He's the President of the United States, has a right to do that.
00:49It has a number of things in it that I think, while perhaps many people in the United States
00:55should be in agreement, I think many others would see things in a different way.
