00:12Now that Fifty Shades has found its new Christian Grey in Jamie Gornan,

00:16the film is moving forward with another major casting role.

00:20According to Variety, Luke Grimes has been tapped to play Christian Grey's older brother Elliot in the film.

00:25Grimes had a big year playing Deborah Ann Wohl's new love interest in the new season of True Blood.

00:32Now he'll find himself in a new romance for his role in Fifty Shades as his character falls in love with Anastasia Steele's roommate Kate,

00:41a role that hasn't been cast yet.

00:43As we previously reported first, Dakota Johnson will star as Anastasia, the love interest of the sex-obsessed CEO Christian Grey.

00:50There was question whether or not she would stay on board after the film's original leading man, Charlie Hunnam, dropped out.

00:57But according to one of the film's producers, the actress was an important part of the recasting process.

01:03The casting dramas caused a delay in production, which will start in December instead of next month.

01:08As of now, the film is still expected to hit theaters on August 1st, 2014.
