00:00I haven't, I'll never say, yeah, it's a hundred percent closed. You know, there's obviously a lot
00:05of great people in this whole franchise and in this world, but for me, I just like being able
00:11to reflect on everything. I, I just like, I look forward to, you know, if it's not someone from
00:17the franchise that to me seems really attractive right now, just to kind of almost get a little
00:22bit more back to normalcy in that regard for like my dating life. Maybe like I definitely,
00:28the next, you know, relationship that I get into, I would love to just keep it a little
00:32bit more private. I know it's not entirely possible. Like it's never going to be like
00:37it could have been in the past, but I kind of crave that privacy a little bit. So that's
00:44not to say like I wouldn't if it's the right person. Sure. I'm going to, I'm going to go
00:47with it, but being a little bit more private, it's not the worst thing. Yeah. A great concept.
00:53Absolutely delicious. So for me, obviously like I, it's no secret. I travel like crazy. I'm
00:57always on the road and the, well, I love that, but I've always said the hardest thing is maintaining
01:03a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating habits. Cause your weird hours, not always the best
01:08options with you. So for me, it's been awesome with dirt, dirt kitchen, kitchen snacks to just
01:13have packing my bag, always have them available on the go. If I'm hungry, if I'm on a flight,
01:17long flight, I don't have a meal. Um, I can grab them. Um, they're delicious. It's just
01:22my healthy alternative. Um, they really saved me and, um, they're just, they taste these things
01:28ever. It's just super cool. I have the whole concept. So they're upcycled vegetables. So
01:32it's great for the planet. It's great for you. Um, you're getting your, your veggies in there,
01:37uh, that maybe I wouldn't be getting the full amount that I need, uh, every day. Um, it's super
01:42easy to travel with. Um, you don't have to refrigerate them. They're air, air dried. And, uh,
01:47yeah, they're just, it's, it's the, the perfect travel on the go snack, um, that I've been using
01:53and it's been great and they make me feel great. And, um, I recommend all my pilots whenever,
01:58whenever we're up in the cockpit and we're flying, uh, I'll pull one out and, uh, like,
02:02what is that? And I'll give it to them. I get them hooked. So, uh, it's slowly making its way
02:06through the airline industry. So, you know, yeah, everything's starting to, you gotta, you have
02:12to definitely the whole pay, if you were traveling on the pandemic, um, you may have been,
02:17in a weird way, spoiled in a way, just with, you know, traffic, getting in the airport,
02:22travel lines, check-in lines, security lines, that's all back now. Um, which is good, but it's
02:27also bad, obviously, cause you gotta give yourself plenty of time, ample time getting to the airport.
02:32Um, obviously with all the procedures now with COVID and, um, making sure that you have,
02:37whether you're going internationally or whatnot, you have your, your, your vaccine card or, um,
02:42your negative test, uh, just plan ahead with that. Um, just don't get frustrated. Uh,
02:47it's, it takes a lot longer now, but it just is what it is. And people are just trying to keep
02:51everyone as safe as possible. Um, keep your masks on when we're flying. It's, it's, it's,
02:57it's honestly, it's, it's, it sucks to see a lot of some, you know, you hear a lot of stories with
03:02flights and, um, you know, crews having to take the airplane back to the gate and returning is
03:08cause people don't keep a mask on. Listen, everyone hates the mask obviously, but, uh, it's federally
03:13mandated. We have to do it. Just listening to crew members instructions. Um, we're not trying to get
03:17on you, but we're just trying to keep you safe and, and follow, follow the law. Um, and then,
03:22uh, and just look forward to getting back to, to traveling and what we all love to do so much.
03:26We've all been kind of cooped in, uh, you know, for so long and it's so cool now to see, uh, and I've
03:32had the opportunity to do some cool trips recently and, um, to get out there and, and do what makes so
03:36many of us feel so alive. Um, just enjoy it. I think there's a certain appreciation that's going to come
03:42now for what we haven't been able to do for so long. Like we're never going to take that for a
03:46grand again and, uh, and just be excited and, and get out there and start planning trips and, um,
03:51and just enjoy it. I'm actually, I'm training for the marathon right now, New York city marathon
03:55and never thought I'd ever do that in a million years. I'm not a long distance runner. I've,
03:59you know, in high school, I was a sprinter or whatnot, play football, not nothing long distance.
04:03So, um, my roommate Dustin, uh, he challenged me to, uh, to, to get into it. And, uh, we're,
04:08you know, we're partnering up with Achilles, which is a great foundation, um,
04:12to benefit them as well, uh, for the, for the marathon, but just trying to get,
04:16so I just turned 30, just trying to, I feel like I've never actually reached my peak potential,
04:22like physically, and that's all on me. You know, it's for whatever reason, laziness or whatnot in
04:27the past. Um, but really just realizing like, I'm not getting any younger. So if I'm going to do it,
04:32I got to do it now. And, uh, you know, just treat your, your body like a temple. Like it's,
04:36it's, it sounds so cliche, but you only get one. Um, and I think, you know, going through this
04:41whole pandemic too, um, you have a healthy body just to be so grateful for that and treat it right
04:47and give it the right nutrients and work out and put all, make it all that a priority. Um,
04:51I'm really just trying to make that a focus, uh, in my life now. And, uh, I think it's a cool thing
04:57to have a goal to with the marathon and just be able to prove to myself, like, you know, you can do
05:01anything that you set your mind to. And, um, it seems like a really daunting task right now,
05:04but I'm, I'm going to do it. I'm going to make it happen. Any nerves around that or a hundred
05:10percent? I, I still, I, we're about a month out and my max I've, I've ran in one, one time was like
05:1910 miles and that's not even half of what our marathon is going to be, but been pretty busy
05:24traveling a lot. Uh, I got to run later today with Dustin and, uh, this last month, I'm really
05:29going to really ramp it up, but I, uh, hopefully I'm going to finish it. I'm putting it out there.
05:35I'm going to, I'm going to make a cross finish line. Yeah, no, a hundred percent. Um, just clean
05:40eating in general. Um, in the past, like I've been kind of a fast food junkie, which has not been good,
05:46obviously just, you know, that partly is, you know, being in an airport all the time. And that's
05:51really like the main source of food that you have available to you. It's, it's kind of tough. So just
05:55planning ahead. That's why dirt kitchen snacks is so great for me just because it's so easy. Um,
05:59I can just throw so many of them in my, in my bag and they keep me from, um, kind of cheating
06:04and having those, those bad meals that I shouldn't when I'm, I'm having a craving or, um, I'm starving
06:08and it's late at night. I get into a, you know, a city in the middle of the night and there's
06:11nothing else open. So, um, just clean eating, intermittent fasting. I'm trying to stay super
06:17strict on, um, you know, not breaking my fast until around noon. Um, and then just having a,
06:22you know, six to eight hour window, um, and that, and being strict with that. Um, and just,
06:27and resting, you know, sleeping, it's tough to New York and true. I get it. Why did I say
06:31the city never sleeps? Cause there's so much going on all the time. Um, but rest is the
06:35most important thing. And, uh, just making that a priority. Hey, New York has been a dream.
06:40I, um, knew, I knew I was going to end up here, you know, at some point, um, I always said
06:45like I wanted to move out here for like a year or two, just get the experience. But now I'm
06:48like, I honestly don't know how I ever leave. Like I, I just, I love the city. I love the energy.
06:52I love how it makes me feel. I love the seasons. Uh, love the people. Um, you know, I, I definitely
06:58obviously miss home and my family back in LA, but, uh, it's cool. And they get to come out
07:02and visit and I get to share, you know, the experience with them. And honestly, it's,
07:05it's been a dream. It's been everything and more. I, you know, I hope that I was considering
07:12it, you know, this, this past season. Um, and then my work, you know, made the decision
07:16for me, which was great. Um, the only re I, the only reason I like had it, you know, as an
07:21interest in my mind is just like, it's, I feel like it could be the one, it's the one
07:24avenue. I haven't tried obviously. Um, being able to just focus on like one person to me,
07:29I just feel like would be so much more organic for me. And just like how my style is like
07:33it's, it's, it's tough dating. So many people being able to focus on one, that kind of environment,
07:38I think would be more conducive to a legit good relationship coming out of it. But hopefully,
07:44you know, this time next year, that's not even a thought. Cause you know, I'm, you know,
07:47meet someone or whatnot. So I don't even have to think about it.
07:49Um, I am, you know, just looking for someone that, that this hasn't changed. Like I've said
07:58it since day one, just the biggest thing is just, is a sweetheart. Um, you have a sweetheart
08:02and, and you show that, that kindness and, uh, in your everyday life. Like I can put up
08:08with so many other things. Um, obviously no one's perfect. Um, but just someone that, you
08:13know, truly knows like where they're at, what they want, has a certain level of independence
08:19um, but, uh, you know, has also that thirst for that thirst for life. And like, I'm, you
08:26know, I'm never gonna, my thirst for life and adventure and my lifestyle sure will change
08:31at a certain point, you know, say you have a family, obviously it has to, but, um, who
08:36I am at my core, like that, that's just me. And I need someone to kind of be able to match
08:40that energy and, um, you know, just willingness to explore and, uh, and just enjoy life to
08:46the absolute fullest. Um, but at the end of the day, uh, just sweetness is like, is the
08:51biggest thing that, that I could ask for in someone. Um, and they just show that in their
08:55everyday life. I think it was, I don't know how to say, I, I don't regret anything. Um,
09:06it was obviously a lot going on in that moment. Uh, but I truly feel like everything, it worked
09:13out the way that it was supposed to work out. And, um, you know, the, well, I was so, you
09:19know, thankful for those relationships at that point and going through that. Um, you
09:24know, I don't think about, I don't think about them or like, I'm not hung up on that
09:28at all. Like I, I have, you know, moved on and I'm only looking forward and, um, so much
09:33has happened. It's kind of hard when you say that to go back to that, I feel like
09:36so removed, honestly, from, from that. I know it's not been that long, but like in
09:41my mind, just the work I've kind of put into like, just, you know, being in a good
09:45place and, and, uh, leaving that in the past. Like I, I really have like left that
09:50in the past. I don't even like think about that anymore. Um, I'm just like, I'm in
09:54such a good spot now. And I'm so happy about that. And, uh, I'm only looking forward.
09:59No, I, I think, listen, I'm always going to be Kelly's biggest fan and nothing, nothing
10:05will ever change that. Um, you know, it just is what it is with public relationships and,
10:11um, having people like, you know, be invested in it. Um, you're always going to have, if
10:16it ends, unfortunately, you're going to have, you know, opinions all across the board. Uh,
10:21but no, I, I, I wanted to be so happy. I wanted to find the love of real life. Like I
10:26wanted to have the best life ever. And, you know, yes, it didn't work out between the
10:29two of us, but, um, I still wouldn't trade that experience for anything. Like I absolutely
10:34love those, you know, those 10, nine, 10, 11 months with her. So, um, yeah, I just wish
10:41her nothing but the best, honestly.
