00:17I want Pete Alonso, because Pete Alonso can play first base,

00:20even though he might not be a gold glove over there, but he can play first base.

00:23Schwarber really is a DH, but he fit in so well when he was here.

00:27He's one of the guys that everybody wishes stayed.

00:30He's rolled out of bed, hit 50 home runs, which this team needs.

00:34But the Phillies gave him a lot of money.

00:36He obviously likes it there.

00:38He's staying back there.

00:38I never really considered him a likely option.

00:42Me either.

00:43But he was one of the names that was out there.

00:45I wanted him, but I didn't consider him a real option.

00:48I think there's two elements to it.

00:49Number one, now you've got to go get Alonso.

00:51And I was Alonso over Schwarber the whole time.

00:56There's really no alternative.

00:57I think it's also one less suitor for Bregman.
