00:00Just hours after President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr. ordered the issuance of a warrant of arrest for contractor Sara Diskaya,

00:07she showed up at the National Bureau of Investigation headquarters in Pasay City.

00:12This follows the President's directive to the Department of Interior and Local Government and the Philippine National Police

00:17to track down Diskaya and others involved in the alleged ghost flood control project in Davao Occidental,

00:24which amounted to 96.5 million pesos. The project tied to corruption charges and violations of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act

00:33is under investigation after the scam came to light. The President assured that authorities will leave no stone unturned

00:41in pursuing those responsible for the anomaly, as additional assets are being frozen and more individuals expected to surrender to the NBI.
