00:57Meanwhile, Thailand's Foreign Minister Sia Asaf Wong Kek Khao said on Tuesday that tariff threats should not be used to pressure Bangkok into talks with Cambodia or to halt renewed border clashes.
01:10He insisted that responsibility for the escalation lay with Cambodia and that it was Cambodia's duty to ease tensions.
01:19Following heavy fighting in July, Trump warned both countries that negotiations on reduced US tariffs would be suspended unless the violence ceased.
