00:06biggest little holiday competition ever go bigger go home it all comes down to
00:12this the season finale three teams remain but team Villa in last place
00:18being in the bottom two two weeks in a row we need to get the judges exactly
00:23what they asked for and fix all of the themes and make everything look
00:26seamless team coastal in second our journey to get here has still even a
00:31rollercoaster ride they think that we're the underdogs and we're gonna show them
00:34what we can do team chalet winning the advantage I feel like we're riding high
00:39like we have this new sense of camaraderie we're refocusing because we came here to
00:43win with $100,000 on the line and a finale guest judge that will have our ginger
00:49breaders in tears the final chapter is about to unfold
00:58I am so excited that we get to be in the finale we get to finish our project this
01:04is it just need to dough big or go home hmm okay all right sorry to those other
01:11people in those other teams but we're gonna win mm-hmm yeah that's so cute we
01:17really want to win because we want to prove to people that self-taught stay-at-home
01:22moms we can accomplish anything but we can't start our finale without a big
01:28entrance from our host that's me Oliver Hudson oh my god
01:32this is gingerbread land where the houses are tiny but the prize is huge we are
01:52talking $100,000 now only one challenge stands between a team and claiming the
01:59grand prize I cannot wait to see how you finish off the fourth and final corner of
02:05your world before I introduce your next challenge let's welcome back our judges

02:15for me the holidays are all about joy so teams your final theme is where we play we want you to
02:27leave it all out on the field and create a fun and festive communal space and we want you to add
02:33a touch of holiday magic so your bills must include a special effect think big dazzle us we don't know
02:43how to do special effects but that only spurs me on to try harder play isn't just your theme it's an
02:51opportunity your creativity is going to make the difference so I don't want to see anybody holding
02:56back execution is critical and make sure your new section integrates seamlessly with the stuff you
03:03built before they're judging your entire gingerbread land so guys remember you can still go back to
03:08your previous builds and improve anything that the judges critiques you on and we're going to be
03:13bringing just a bit more magic with a truly special guest judge omg you are going to want to impress
03:20this person we have 12 hours to bake and build until the clock strikes 12 ready go made it to the
03:33finale I am so excited like we are so close okay so finale quadrant four where are we playing the stakes
03:41are higher than they've ever been what I'm looking for are different things from the different teams for
03:48team chalet I'm looking for them to soften things a little bit with team coastal I'm looking for the opposite
03:54they've really gotten this far on how much heart they have and how warm it is but I need a little more
04:02precision team villa on the other hand lacks some of that warmth and softness as well just like team chalet I'm
04:11still looking for some holiday magic I need to be wowed at this point to give away a hundred thousand dollars
04:17yeah right on the line let's check it out let's walk maybe we can like build things around this big
04:24grand tree the challenge this week is where we play and we're thinking to like bring a little bit more
04:30fun so this is serving as like the common recreational area for our village around the Christmas tree we're
04:37planning to populate our space with a cookie shop a coffee shop and a gingerbread house for Santa we're gonna
04:44have a train the playground and a bounce house for the kids I think I can step it up a bit with the
04:50isomalt technique and make something that looks like a snow globe I think it's a great plan are we so
04:57excited or what we're very excited we're gonna do again like a mix of the both styles but Arlene is
05:04going to put like her magic everywhere it's mostly the Elaine show oh yeah I'm pouring I some out for
05:12the skating rink they want to see more techniques from us so we're going to incorporate an ice rink
05:18the rink is actually going to end up being the special effect the isomalt this is going to sit on
05:24top of a rotating turntable to give the illusion that our skaters are skating around the rink so the ice
05:30ice rink foundation is set and then I go back and I etch some skate marks into it because I want to
05:37make sure that we have this realistic look going on there that looks cute that's so stinking cute oh my
05:45gosh I make it homemade wallpaper Susan is making homemade wallpaper it's gonna be cooler when it's done
05:52made wallpaper I like it a lot now I'm gonna start working on our clubhouse I'm gonna add the color to our
06:01royal icing to match the color of the gingerbread so when I put the pieces together they look just perfect
06:07my son is definitely the motivation I need to win this because mommy is telling him that if you work hard you can
06:16conquer everything in life hey leonardo this is all for you puppy

06:26what are you thinking a boathouse where they can play so this is a boathouse there'll be a pier and a dog
06:35it's the hub of this community so we're going to bring this boathouse to life
06:39by having kids playing in the snow a seafood boil a gingerbread house competition there will be a
06:46horse and sleigh carriage going up the hill and a boat on shore y'all have had a strong like emotional
06:52pull on everybody who comes in it feels we do this truly because we love it we do it because of the
06:59friendship I've known these two for a while now Wendy actually lives five blocks from me but then I met
07:06Jennifer at a gingerbread competition in 2017 and we haven't stopped talking about gingerbread since
07:12as a team we are staying true to our artistic style and the way that we feel gingerbread houses
07:18should be made handmade handcrafted with a ton of different details so that when you look at our piece
07:25you're not having to be told what that story is
07:28we decided we would start by giving you guys what you asked for in the first three trying to
07:40focus on covering some of our seams wow so what are you thinking about with where we play we are
07:46presenting a seaside play area where we will have one final large structure that is going to be open
07:53and lit we have a christmas tree and we're going to have a few market stalls where we can put teeny
07:59tiny little details and really show how the community comes together but I think one of the biggest
08:05challenges for us with this theme is that the mediterranean has no snow not being able to use
08:13snow to make things look more holidayish more christmassy we can't really do that but are we in the
08:19mediterranean or are we in gingerbread land i think that's one of the things that we can do we can
08:24dream it's the holidays we're bending reality christmas miracles do happen it doesn't really snow in the
08:31mediterranean and i think we really took that very literally however it's become clear that the judges
08:38want snow and so we need to figure this out so carolina talk about what you're doing so i'm working on the
08:45clubhouse i'm putting a lot of people like dancing that's awesome and i'm planning to put like these
08:50lights that they go like with different colors like exactly yeah okay ready for a tough question
08:55yeah you're competing with these two other teams yes what edge do you think that they may have on you
09:00they're seeing beauty on their imperfections you know and i was so focused on the perfection yeah so
09:09i'm just letting that go and focus on what it makes these things alive all right keep it going
09:18the main priority for me is the faux gingerbread house where you go meet santa okay this little
09:24gingerbread house is taking me the longest time i'm seriously not used to this scale the smallest i make
09:31is three or four feet this is actually the smallest house i've ever made so i feel like i can't do some
09:38things just because of them i'm fine i'm gonna be fine this little house will not destroy me i realized
09:45i need a turntable so i can get the edges of the house together there makeshift turntable and then
09:52the worst thing happens what what what what oh my gosh
09:58what what what santa's house it just goes kapooey oh my gosh i've never had this happen
10:14to me before do you want this turntable i would love a turntable i couldn't find one the shame
10:21the embarrassment that's four walls and a roof how do you screw that up you don't cry moisture's not
10:29good for gingerbread i'm just gonna stick it back together it's gotten my dander up so now i'll go
10:35faster because now i'm mad oh bloody susan how are you okay i had a little crash earlier now i'm bringing
10:45it back to life well you know that i used to dj don't you dare don't you dare you will be building
10:54this so for this challenge we get to see our whole coastal community come to life we want a boathouse
11:02that looks like a community center i'm double layering the gingerbread it makes things overall
11:09more sturdy this is my last wall to do like this we want it to look like somebody handcrafted that
11:15boathouse out of scrap that they took time to do is that your timer yeah okay all right i just didn't
11:22want to turn it off when it comes out of the oven we're going to have a front a middle piece and a back
11:28piece so that that will help hold up the roof i'm just aging the boathouse a little bit with edible
11:35oil paint once i constructed the boathouse it was time to pass it on to jennifer to work on the metal
11:40roof we're going to use white gingerbread that has been applied to regular gingerbread with white
11:46gingerbread you just take out a cup of your flour and add a cup of titanium dioxide and it is a nice
11:54white okay i would love to win to pay off my house i want to be debt-free on that end i just had a grand
12:01baby i'm a grandma so for me to have my house paid for and my goal was to leave it to my children for
12:11them to have a home base when they came back to north carolina that's my ultimate goal
12:18the judges keep saying we need more christmas yeah and more snow what do you think we should do give
12:24them what they want we have that pump system what if we shoot snow out of that and then it could
12:31like snow on everything all right we know what we want our special effect to be we want a snow
12:37blowing machine we find pvc pipe that is the perfect dimension for our air pump we take a sugar
12:44substitute and add a little bit of our luster dust just to kind of make everything a little sparkly
12:50look at this aim it that way button there this way yep
12:55i got engaged earlier this year to my fiance christopher i had promised him that i was going
13:06to take this year off of competing for gingerbread because it is so time consuming we're working
13:12up to a year towards the national competition we're doing marathon days on weekends so with the prize money
13:19i would love the opportunity to travel with my fiance christopher to spend that time really dedicated
13:25to our relationship wow that's cool all right see you guys should be good and hot so the challenge is
13:34where we play so we're going to incorporate a isomalt bounce house because my kids love to like literally
13:39jump on everything we're going to let it cool down some for team chalet i would love to see some new
13:46techniques and this snow globe might be it i'm hoping that i haven't seen the breadth of their skills
13:53yeah all right moment of truth isomalt is this extremely hot melted sugar that you know could very
14:02easily pop the water balloon if you're not careful so much like you do with a dipped wax candle you have
14:07to just gently build up layers as you dip the balloon that's what we did not want to happen that really
14:14concerns me i want to do something different so that i can make sure that we successfully execute
14:20the technique so i'm thinking about trying to make a dome out of gelatin oh that's perfect it's scary
14:25because this is for everything like everything is on the line my teammates are relying on me i'm not
14:29going to be the reason why we go home losers with a nice thick layer on here i need to make adjustments
14:38so that we can make sure we're successful gelatin can't be crystal clear like isomalt and it's not going
14:43to be perfectly shiny like isomalt but it's still a very good backup option oh that works that is a
14:50bounce house that is perfect that looks perfect guys you are halfway through your time oh my gosh we
14:57have so much work left to do we don't have roofs on our buildings we don't have things painted there's
15:04no christmas elements yet we are stressed we've got a hundred thousand dollars on the line there's more
15:10pressure than there's ever been what can they do to impress you we'll see how people live in this
15:15space and not have too many barriers from one quadrant to the next i'm dying to see what their
15:20whole vision is yes i don't i'm not in charge of them yeah go go do your thing or did you're running out
15:28of time and for me it's all of a sudden it's like clarity like you know what needs to be done we're almost
15:34like a ballet group we start doing the dance we're going to be making a horse drawn sleigh ride for
15:40the clay i'm going to roll out some red gingerbread and then i cut out pieces and i use black gingerbread
15:46for the runners and then you kind of have to like cut things down add things to it i'm going to add in
15:53some gold filigree on the side for the horse we're going to use dissolvable sutures and i'm going to
16:00drill a hole through where his mouth is run the suture through and that will be the reins just put
16:06the tube there so we have to include a special element in this quadrant so what's better than to
16:13have the fog fog will set in a coastal area turn it on babe oh yeah look how it's coming out of the
16:21creek look at that that's what you want right there that's it for us to include especially element is
16:28a big challenge we are not engineers i'm a little worried about that but a hundred thousand dollar
16:34prize is a huge prize so you take the risk to get the reward that works there we go we've decided to
16:43do more of an open market so there's very big arched windows in it and it creates very very thin pieces
16:50on the side all these pieces here i put tylos glue on it i just have to pray and hope that it drives in
16:57time for me to put it together in time things are moving so fast and so quick i know i need a hand
17:04off painting to greer there is a reason that we don't let me paint things and it's because i don't
17:11have the patience that heather does but i'm just going to go ahead and i'm going to paint it
17:15it oh no what happened sorry i just dripped brown all over our nice white side and shutters dang it
17:26oh that's not good
17:30you dripped all down the side of this building i know i'm sorry i try to paint over it and the
17:36brown quickly comes through that white paint again i don't like that and the clock is just ticking
17:42i got to think of something else i'm trying to figure out if it makes sense that we would
17:46have greenery there it's obviously not a spot for shutters or another window we can't do anything like
17:52that eventually i'm able to take vodka to dissolve that brown paint so i'm absolutely thrilled when
17:58it starts working and we're in the clear beautiful attention teams put the gingerbread down we are stopping
18:08the clock oh my god come on down gather up here comes oliver with this twist and i'm just like oh my
18:16gosh what is this going to be traditionally christmas crackers contain a toy or a fun riddle but these
18:27hold your final story prompts okay someone from each team grab a cracker no cracking until you're back in
18:36line all right open your cracker release the kraken whoa that was aggressive team villa what's inside
18:49shining star shining star team villa shining star we're excited that's pretty generic and we were
18:56already going to have a star at the top of our tree and we think that works perfectly in our story
19:01team coastal what's your story prompt ring-a-ding oh it worked out well we could incorporate a bell
19:08on top of our boathouse without really changing the design team chalet what's inside what are we reading
19:13oh what let me see somebody thump thump thump thump oh no what's that all i can think of is rabbits okay
19:23so team chalet now i promised you guys a special advantage after winning the last challenge here it is
19:28you can swap your story prompt with any other team remember this is the final build every choice
19:37that you make it could be the difference between you winning a hundred grand and going home empty
19:42handed oh my god last time we had the advantage we didn't want to sabotage anybody thank you thank you
19:48thank you but this is the finale so uh i don't know yeah team chalet make your choice i don't want
19:57that thing i feel like we should change and get the shining star because a star i make sense and we
20:03realized very quickly that uh we're going to get the shining star stolen from us and we're going to end
20:09up with thumpity thump thump no no no oh super excited about stealing that i'm loving this advantage
20:18yeah that was the best thing i heard i mean it wasn't the nicest thing but also i'm grateful i've had the
20:23room to do it i can't even front okay guys remember our judges want to see creativity overall design clean
20:31execution and now great storytelling in your builds let's restart the clock all right get cracking all
20:39right we had talked about putting a cupola on that barn we can find a bell we want to put a cupola
20:48on top of our boat house then we're going to put a bell in the middle the plan for the cupola i ended
20:53up taking some gingerbread i've cut it up glued it together with isomalt and then laid in red roof
20:59tiles all the way up the top i think we're going to make a star to go on top of the tree and what i'm
21:05going to do is i'm going to add a light and i'm going to make it out of isomalt perfect and then we
21:10put some lights will be good very convenient all right all right i'm the special effects girl so i have to
21:16make this star shine to make this shining star i use a star cutter to pour melted isomalt in and cast
21:24a perfectly shaped star and then i'm going to cast another one that i will then attach to both sides
21:29of that start to make it three-dimensional so you can see all around it carolina yeah yay
21:37that's cool we finally have a shining star we're thinking to like bring a little bit more fun we want
21:44to have this really big christmas tree moment we're gonna have a train for the kids this is deal this
21:50is on earth i have this crazy idea of using deal to cover our christmas tree so i'm gonna start just
21:59taking branches one by one and then build my way up this is time consuming but i think it's so worth it
22:06because it will give a very very nice impact that looks perfect success okay so thumpity thump thump
22:16they've talked about like our stories are just not strong enough does anybody know anything about like
22:20italian culture i heard about a character called lava fauna okay and so she's kind of like a santa
22:27claus character she brings toys and candy that's how we introduce lava fauna because you can hear her
22:32walking up on the roof what if we have lava fauna on top of this big building throwing candy to the
22:39children below legend of lava fauna is that she is portrayed as kind of a a good witch with santa you
22:47could hear the reindeer's footsteps on the roof while lava fauna children couldn't hear her wooden shoes
22:54thumpity thump thump she's an older woman she has a shawl in her head she rides on a broom and has
23:00like a burlap sack that she carries her toys in i like this lava fauna character give the judges what
23:05they want play up the magic a little bit thumpity thump we have this giant world so i am making a ton
23:12of people to make sure that our little festival is fully populated it's a lot of effort i put the gum
23:19paste in the mold i squish it together i open it and i trim the excess and it's just a long process and
23:25then when it's hard heather paints them everything is super tiny but super tiny things are super cute
23:32but it's not going to look right until we have some sort of snow and make it look like a real snowy
23:38festival and give the judges christmas oh my gosh with the snow it looks so christmasy it's not enough
23:45time clock is sticking and i'm thinking oh my god we're not gonna make it here's the accident prone one
23:52that's so cute it was just like going everything in snow to make it seamless oh my goodness i'm in
23:59disbelief honestly what it is that we've been able to create like it's so beautiful we have a train that
24:06looks perfect we have ice skaters on a rink a lit christmas tree and we also have a dance party going on
24:16in the clubhouse okay teams 20 minutes left and the judging room doors are open
24:26well we can move all right oh whoa here we go we're the first team moving our piece into place slowly
24:33okay straighten around i'm feeling excited to have the opportunity to just finish this
24:39beautiful gingerbread village and i'm also really nervous because a lot is on the line right there
24:45okay ready okay we are we got this beautiful incredible piece it really is personal we're
24:53kind of the underdogs here are we good that's about right team villa we've got about five minutes five
25:00minutes left we have so much work left to do the lighting part of this process it's more difficult than
25:06i anticipated now i need to finish connecting the lights i i have to fix the lights or we're not gonna
25:12have lights we are in the finale we have a chance of winning a hundred thousand dollars but if we
25:18don't have lights throughout the entire build we're screwed we got 90 seconds left teams why don't we
25:24start rolling i can fix this in there go go go okay you got it team villa the final team in the judging room
25:32all right we have one battery pack that powers it all and lots and lots of lights that all have to
25:40go to that one place 30 seconds getting down to it come on guys okay i got it christmas miracle
25:49we have 10 seconds oh my god hold on move out of my way all right go okay you guys six five four
26:00three two one all right that's it time is up
26:07the building is over you have completed your gingerbread lands congratulations teams and they're all
26:13beautiful you did an excellent job we hope that we have done enough as artists you hope that the
26:21judges feel what you felt putting into it i feel very proud a hundred thousand dollars is a lot of
26:26money and it'd be great we did what we came to do we did it well and we're very proud of ourselves
26:33we really pushed our limits we've done everything we could possibly do it's really in the judges hands
26:44okay teams it is time for your final judging each of you have built a one-of-a-kind gingerbread land
26:51in the unique architectural style you started with one house growing with each challenge
26:58into incredibly detailed miniature worlds this is it this judging is all about crowning our champion

27:35oh my god how are y'all it's surreal it's overwhelming i've dreamed of meeting her and then
27:45there she's standing there i feel like a kid on christmas morning i'm so excited we're so happy you
27:52are here thanks for coming to play with us my gosh you love gingerbread as much as anyone in the world
27:56oh my goodness and building gingerbread houses is an important tradition in your family
28:01so what are you looking for today so for me when i look at this i think what's telling the story
28:08what is giving me that feeling because we all know that design is beautiful but when you can go past
28:14what's beautiful and really touch the heart the feeling of things that's when things really start
28:19moving you oh jennifer you're a little little worked up there what's going on jennifer
28:25beautiful expression with no words you are so cute all right nice to meet you thank you for being a
28:36part of this oh my god okay gingerbreaders up first is team chalet tell us about your build welcome to
28:48snow-capped springs at sugar pine village this is our version of an amusement park and recreational space
28:55for children and adults we have a bounce house for the kids to bounce in and that's actually a
29:00gelatin dome and then we also have this train that the kids ride on we have santa out with you guys
29:07standing right there in front admiring susan's handiwork on this lovely gingerbread house and then
29:13we have this really funky christmas party going on for our special effects wait
29:20yes that's magic so our story prompt was shining star and it is this star on this beautiful dill
29:30christmas tree let's start with chef gail shall we this is just such a wonderland one of my favorite
29:37things is how my eye is drawn in and how i'm drawn in from down low to way up high like there's so much
29:44dimension and i love how you interpreted shining star which is done with isomalt sugar it's great
29:50and movement i love it thank you you did an amazing job at executing this architectural style the
29:57precision that i see i think you hit every major architectural element that you can find with the
30:02mountain chalet you show some new techniques we've been pushing for new use of materials so i see that
30:08you've created so the sugar dome for the snow globe it's actually gelatin yeah so the isomalt was not
30:14cooperating i think it was successful thank you we love to ski every year this truly reminds me of a ski
30:21town that we love so much what brings the magic to it it's the twinkly lights it's the pond that's spinning
30:29it's the dill tree dead center that you've created this kind of magic says a lot about your individual
30:36talent my critique would be that there'd be even more whimsy it is so beautiful and so impressive
30:42that my brain can't compute that this is gingerbread thank you team shelley thank you guys so much
30:51okay team coastal so welcome back to our coastal community in this challenge it is where you play and
30:59so here we have our boathouse and then we have our sleigh ride and then our flotilla our story
31:06prompt was ring-a-ding so we decided to add a bell tower with our lofty seagull at the top ring-a-ding
31:14would you like to see the special effects yes so as everyone's gathering they're waiting but
31:21something rolls in that could spoil our flotilla do i just hit the bottom button uh we had to learn to
31:28work a lot of things give it a minute to come through i heard it i hear it oh it's coming fog's
31:35rolling in that is awesome it's a lot of pressure knowing that joanna gains is going to be the judge
31:40for this challenge that is so cute you so want to impress her and hope that she can appreciate all
31:47that hard work that you've put into it all right team coastal started from the bottom yeah we literally
31:53did but now with this final piece you've made it completely open you just see the interior
31:58there's small details we're getting you all do not use templates you don't stamp things so i saw you
32:03making each one of those cedar shingles and then understanding how they get weathered over time thank
32:09you thank you it has a storybook quality to it almost like you're opening up a pop-up book it's great
32:16your craftsmanship it's beautiful very precise very clean which i asked for your special effect
32:23requires a lot of labor to get it going but it is there thank you thank you this is so saturated in
32:31story yes yes and that's what feels really special so when we step into this little world it makes me
32:37feel like it's real it's alive but then it's also so dreamy and whimsical which i think is that beautiful
32:43balance of gingerbread nothing is the same and that's what i love that's the craftsmanship it's
32:48like you took every literal piece and said how can we make this feel special and that's what i see
32:54here it feels emotional to me i have a little seven-year-old boy who loves to fish this would
32:59be his dream good job thank you team coastal thank you good work all right team villa tell us about your
33:07build welcome to the mediterranean we decided that we were going to have a christmas festival
33:13in a nice big christmas tree and we set up some market stalls we have toys and things that we are
33:19selling to the children wow we heard you when you said more open buildings so we went with a very very
33:26open building upstairs we have the bar where you can sit and you can overlook the water up here we have
33:33a figurehead that is a local tradition lava fauna for the witch she kind of plays into our story prompt
33:40we got thumpity thump thump in southern italy they do believe in santa claus but they also have
33:47lava fauna the witch it is said that the three wise men approached her while they were taking their
33:53gifts to the baby jesus but she turned them down because she was too busy with her chores and she
33:58regretted that decision so instead she gave all of her gifts to the local children little kids will hear
34:04her worn out shoes and that's when they know that she is at the house somebody thump thump is the shoes
34:10special effect so we decided that this year because the children love snow so much that we
34:16were going to name our piece miracle on the mediterranean because it actually did snow
34:22snow i like that i appreciate it i couldn't think of a better judge for this last part and i can't
34:33believe that we were able to create something that she gets to see dang that is awesome and hopefully she
34:42really likes it because that would be the ultimate validation yeah so i love the realistic nature of it
34:50i love the story that i'm hearing that i've never heard of before lava fauna i love all the details
34:56all those little moments you brought christmas to this town but i'd say my one critique is just that
35:01architectural anchor i feel like it's kind of all the same level and my favorite thing in this
35:07whole set is that church and it's like part of me wants that right in the center to like ground the
35:12whole village you show progress throughout this competition so you have a lot of openness the open
35:19air porches you have opportunities for people to enjoy this environment also want to commend you
35:25on taking a risk and saying you know what we're not in the mediterranean it is our gingerbread
35:30wonderland and we can have snow if we want to like that team villa i love that you went back and added
35:37lots of christmas stuff the snow kind of ties the whole thing together the walkways you know show just
35:43enough i also want to compliment you on the fact that you have seamless build there's a whole other

36:34okay so judges we've seen the builds i think it's time to make some decisions okay i think my favorite
36:41thing about the chalet build is the scale feels very realistic like i'm looking at it and that looks
36:47truly like this little mountain town team chalet they're very precise with their architecture construction
36:53of their roofs they were doing calculations of angles to try to get some of these gables and ridges
36:59to line up i can breathe a little bit easier but i'm still like you know team coastal they are a
37:09complete contrast from the approach of team chalet and team villa it's not perfect but it's the imperfection
37:17of it that brings the beauty and brings the charm it's got a childlike quality about it it has a sense
37:23of humor yeah playful but still very on when it comes to the architectural details i love the elevation
37:30shifts you've got this build up and then you have these smaller moments and then it comes to the water
37:34i guess what makes this one so interesting yeah that feels natural we didn't get eliminated early we got
37:40to build the whole thing and that's what we wanted it's a lot to be proud of if we didn't win it's a
37:46lot accomplished i mean we did the best that we could do we did a lot well and everybody here was
37:51amazing again like i said this is like being at the best beauty pageant you could be at team villa
37:58when you look at all of the textures across each team i mean the terracotta roots are probably one of the
38:03best textures it's incredible same with their stucco they were true with thinking about like these sun
38:10baked colors you want to make sure that blue is not too blue i mean that's impressive i mean
38:15everything about it looks so real they did that so well with the pie shop with the greenery shop like
38:21those little magical moments you see during christmas time that just make it feel a little
38:25more festive i mean we got the reigning national champ like we need to get this title too right yeah i mean
38:33a hundred thousand dollars is it's a lot of money and it would be great but i think we really need to
38:39be really proud of what we did absolutely okay let's go give someone a hundred thousand dollars

39:19have persevered as a team what are you guys most proud of i've not had too many partnerships with
39:26people where i can take something that i've created with my hands that i'm very proud of and hand it to
39:31another person and trust that they're gonna make it look better than even i could so i have that with
39:37both of these women and i'm very very proud of what we have done and i think that it's just the
39:42beginning we are all bonded together now in friendship in artistry in talent i think that just respect for
39:50each other team shelley so when you guys first walked through the doors could you imagine that
39:56you were even standing here at this moment i think i've been waiting for this moment i'm living my
40:03american dream i'm super happy with aline and susan because they are super talented and i think we are
40:11going to inspire a lot of people to know that you can succeed when you do things with passion my mind is
40:18completely blown all of you women are magic makers and i'm just so proud of you you're amazing
