02:00with Amber and Nikita getting a perfect 40 and a score of just one separating our other four
02:06couples with only two weeks to go until our champions are crowned everything is on the line
02:12who will make it through to next week's semi-final you've had your say and tonight two couples will
02:18take on the penultimate dance-off of the series but first let's see what the judges thought of
02:23our night at the musicals what a night of musical magic I think this is one of the most amazing
02:36quarterfinals we've ever had I think we had a really diverse range of dance routines really I
02:43mean look at Karen's you know that was quite wild for her Lewis had sort of everything in there
02:48Valvinda she's really come up the ranks hasn't she George was serious for the first time and of
02:54course the big old showstopper of Amber and Nikita's Charleston I mean what an exciting evening it was
03:01you can see it by how close the leaderboard is Amber's perfect 40 means she sits at the top of
03:07the leaderboard Amber's dance with Nikita was absolutely ridiculously brilliant 10 I would have
03:17been completely wrong I think to not give that a 10 because it was just extraordinary
03:21George from the beginning he meant business I think it was the first time that I actually saw
03:36that he wants to be into the semi-final he doesn't want to be in the dance-off and the dancing spoke
03:40for itself and to see him so focused was quite surprising to me because he's always a bit of
03:45a giggly fella there's literally five people and three of us got the exact same score Bob and
03:52Julian I mean what a night of emotion she's been in a quite a few dance-offs and she's championed her
03:59way through it that actually was Bob in just highest score of 35 if you want a scale of improvement now
04:05I mean I was probably rushing a little bit and I kind of need to relax a little bit more but I
04:27think I was just enjoying the dance too much and I needed to just chill out with it
04:35I thought that Karen and Carlos's samba was a super dance for musicals week because they
04:43brought the show with them it did miss a few connections though with arms and fluidity well
04:48to be fair on bottom the leaderboard bar all right it's so close though it's so close and what will be
04:55will be next week is a semi-final two dances yeah that's gonna be harder next week for them and the
05:04competition is strong this is gonna be all down to the people at home isn't it what came I'm not
05:09see darling you've got to make the decision this is tremendous news I'm sad now I'll always be nervous
05:22I think every resort show I'm petrified you always have to be prepared and you always have to be ready
05:34the competition is so tight and everybody's very good at dancing now all we can do is just keep our
05:42fingers crossed waiting under the lights for the results to be revealed my breath is always short
05:48and I have to remind myself to just breathe this will determine who gets into the semi-final that makes
05:56me nervous I hope that I've done enough this week the leaderboard is so tight I could not tell you how
06:06the results show is going to go a fantastic night of dance but who have you decided deserves to stay in

18:36Well, I mean, the story is that we all can learn from Balvinda is never to give up. And I mean, she kept going into the dance floor and to come out like this with such quality and also with such motivation and elegance.
18:50And she didn't want to go home. And she was like, nobody's going to beat me down. And she fought for her place in the semi-final. And well, these are left.

20:16What is your advice to this? Well, for me, when we get to this point, the game changes, I always felt. It became tactical.
20:24Yeah. And I looked at the two dancers we had and my thought was, now this is sort of hardcore competition stuff.
20:32Yeah. What is going to win me a dance-off? Not what's going to make me top of the leaderboard.
20:37It's the dance-off that counts. So I focused a lot of the time on one particular dance over the other one
20:44and put all my eggs in that basket. And it was reasonably successful for me.
