00:06Corey LaBerry was killed in a car crash.

00:09The site says the driver Ink Master star Daniel Silva did not suffer any life-threatening

00:14injuries however he is being treated for a broken hip and will reportedly be arrested

00:19for murder at the hospital or once he's discharged.

00:22The two were at a party that night celebrating Corey's birthday and witnesses told police

00:26they saw Daniel drinking.

00:28Corey's mom confirmed the reports in an Instagram post that said,

00:31My heart breaks right now on my son's 25th birthday today.

00:35He was drunk and got in a car with a drunk driver.

00:38The incident killed him instantly.

00:40No words can describe the sadness I feel in losing a child.

00:43It just feels so unreal and I'm overwhelmed with grief.

00:47I love you so much Corey and we'll miss you so so much.
