00:00In Venezuela, during the anniversary of Commander Hugo Chávez's last proclamation to the Bolivarian people, President Nicolás Maduro reafirmed the permanence of his legacy.

00:20The Venezuelan president recalled Commander Chávez's last public televised message broadcast 13 years ago before his trip to Cuba for medical treatment.

00:29December 8th is remembered as the day of loyalty and love in commemoration of this last proclamation to the Bolivarian people.

00:37In this regard, Maduro emphasized that he, like Chávez, will always entrust the people with the defense of the revolution.

00:44In addition, the president stressed that the legacy of Commander Chávez strengthens the Bolivarian project amidst imperial threats, sanctions and aggression.
