00:00Megan Thee Stallion has been cleared to release her remix of the BTS song Butter.
00:10Plus, DaBaby received support from Rolling Loud following his homophobic remarks.
00:18Hey guys, it's Ali for Hollywood Life with your music roundup starting with Travis Scott
00:23because he gave Stormi the sweetest gift.
00:27Most celebrities don't get to experience quote-unquote normal activities such as riding a school bus.
00:33But the Astroworld star made it happen for his little girl.
00:36Travis shared on Instagram that Stormi has been raving about wanting to ride a yellow school bus for a while now
00:42and daddy finally surprised her with one to take for a spin.
00:46The photos showed Stormi standing next to the vehicle and inside the empty bus.
00:51It's really amazing what gets little kids going these days to be young.
00:55Switching gears, let's discuss DaBaby.
00:58Yesterday, the rapper released a remix of Bia's Whole Lotta Money single
01:02and called himself a canceled ass after the backlash he received for his comments about the LGBTQ community
01:08and HIV AIDS at Rolling Loud last month.
01:12Well, despite being dropped from seven different shows following this performance,
01:16Rolling Loud appears to continue to support the rapper.
01:20After DaBaby dropped his freestyle, the festival's page reposted the clip on their Instagram story with fire emojis.
01:27The rapper saw the repost as well and added it to his Instagram story with the caption,
01:32Rolling Loud said, Baby ain't going nowhere.
01:34Well, seems to be the case I guess.
01:36But alright, now onto Megan Thee Stallion and BTS because the butter remix is coming.
01:41The Savage rapper filed court documents alleging that her label, 1501 Certified Entertainment,
01:47was blocking the release of her new collab.
01:50According to Billboard, the documents claim that Megan filed this order after the 1501 CEO,
01:56Karl Crawford and his partner, Rapalot founder Jay Prince refused to back the BTS track.
02:02This isn't the first time the Houston rapper has gone after her own label.
02:06Recall back in March 2020, Megan filed a lawsuit over unfair contract terms
02:11and claimed the label prohibited her from releasing new music.
02:14Well, in this case, the judge sided with Meg and the remix with BTS is set to drop this Friday.
