03:45so this might be a mental test for Max Anstey more than a physical one.

06:03But problem is, how does anybody communicate that to him?
06:07Well, they're going to try, but he's lost the tail of Shane McElrath.
06:11Now, I feel like he's just settled in and saying, you know what?
06:14It's been a great night.
06:15I've gotten my points so far.
06:17I got this championship where I want it.
06:20But the tough part is, is he's not going to clinch if he doesn't make that pass.
06:24And he's also going to give up the perfect season.
06:26So it ends up being a race that maybe he looks back and says,
06:29a little more aggression, one more pass, and I can end this thing right now.
06:33But as it sits, we're taking the title fight to South Africa.
06:37Cody Shock has gotten up and survived the race, kept the championship alive.
06:42And a great ride for Max.
06:44So this has been very solid, very smart.
06:46Which is essentially what you need to be a champion.
06:49So not his best individual race, but some of the best decisions he's made right now.

06:54He didn't panic.
06:55He quickly came to the decision to not push overly hard.
07:01The gap is grown by two tenths between him and McElrath.

07:19And the Rick Ware Racing team was dealt some adversity this week.
07:22They had a bag get lost in luggage, or get lost on the way from Australia.
07:26And they had to bind it, put some pieces together, make these bikes work.
07:29So shout out to Rick Ware Racing on their ability to make things happen for this team very last minute.
07:34They're being rewarded right now.
07:36Yeah, and when you say a bag got lost, we're not talking about underwear and socks.

07:40We're talking about pieces and parts.
07:41We're talking engine parts and suspension parts.
07:44And for Cody Shock to get up and survive that crash, reward his team with some grit and some effort.
