Sources close to production have revealed to THR that all parties involved have been spoken to and JC Mounduix will remain in the house.

00:00Big Brother producers have responded to contestant JC being accused of inappropriate behavior.

00:06On Wednesday night during the show's 24-7 live feeds, JC was involved in two separate instances

00:12of sexual harassment and misconduct. In the first incident, contestant Haley was using the restroom

00:18when JC opened the door and would not close it after she told him to. But JC refused to listen

00:24and even tied the door open, causing Haley to yell for production to step in and stop him.

00:29She later revealed that executive producer Allison Grodner spoke to her, but she didn't want to get JC in trouble.

00:35The other incident took place while house guest Tyler was sleeping and JC kissed his armpit

00:41and continuously touched Tyler's body. Thursday morning, Tyler was visibly uncomfortable with JC's actions and said,

00:48I'm sleeping alone tonight. JC is not sleeping with me. After both instances, viewers expressed outrage on Twitter

00:56and urged producers to remove JC from the show due to his actions. Sources close to the production have revealed

01:02to The Hollywood Reporter that all parties involved have been spoken to. No official complaints were made

01:08by either Tyler or Haley, and they were said to have not felt threatened or unsafe by JC's actions.

01:14Sources also revealed that no statement will be made on the matter as it was addressed internally.

01:18But as Big Brother viewers know, this isn't JC's first offense. At the beginning of this season,

01:23he was accused of sexual harassment after inappropriately touching other contestants' genitals

01:28with an ice cream scooper. He was then warned by producers about his behavior.

01:33CBS responded at the time, stating that the inappropriate behavior had been addressed.
