00:00The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, or PhilHealth, launches its very own Transparency Portal,

00:06this in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology, or DICT.

00:12The initiative aims to show members its operations in restoring their trust

00:16and that the agency has enough fund needed for expanding members' benefits.

00:22Among the information available in the portal are annual report,

00:25annual procurement plan, and contribution collection.

00:30Public engagement and feedback is also available,

00:33a designated section in the portal where members can file complaints.
