00:05sa kabila ng pagbitiw ni dating DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson sa kanyang tungkulin.

00:15Kumpiyaan sa si House Infrastructure Committee Co-Chair Terry Ridon

00:19na magtutuloy-tuloy pa rin naman ang trabaho ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure.

00:24Yan ay kahit nagbitiw na si dating DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson sa komisyon bilang isa nitong komisyoner.

00:32Ayon kay Ridon, kailangan lang na magtalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. ng kapalit ni Singson na sakto para sa nasabing posisyon.

00:42For as long as the replacement of Secretary Singson is essentially having the same skill set as him,

00:51not having the same integrity as him,

00:53tingin ko po pwede naman humagtuloy po yung pong trabaho.

00:57So, they had done good work in the last couple of months.

01:01Siyempre may aktual humpagbagal,

01:03particularly because of the limitation of the commission itself.

01:06But it is not on the commission only.

01:09It is also on Congress.

01:11It is also on the Senate.

01:13As to how fast a strengthened ICI.

01:17Una ng iniit ni House Senior Deputy Minority Leader Edgar Erice na patay na umano ang ICI kasunod ng pag-alis ni Singson.

01:26Kapwa rin ikinalungkot ni na ML Partylist Rep. Laila Delima at Akbayan Partylist Rep. Percy Sendanya

01:33ang nasabing hakbang ng dating DPWH sa Katari.

01:37Pero para naman sa ilang kongresista mula sa Majority Block,

01:41hindi maaantala ang pagpapanagot ng gobyerno sa mga dawit sa maanumaliang flood control projects.

01:48He must have his reasons.

01:50And that is part of a democracy.

01:54And we trust.

01:55And then we also hope,

01:56as we work on the institutionalization of the ICI,

02:01as of now,

02:02it is a directive from the President.

02:03So, we move ahead and try to pass yung biglang natin ngipin yung ICI.

02:09Tuloy-tuloy naman po at may ombosman naman tayo.

02:12At ang katunayan,

02:13nakikita naman natin na ang ating Pangulo ay porsigido

02:16na talagang panagutin ang may mga sala.

02:21Kaya,

02:22tulungan natin ang ating gobyerno.
